Hoianese Tranquil Heritage Hotel - Truly Cultural Immersion

Perfect location, amazing staff, clean tidy room.

Beautiful hotel in traditional Hoianese architecture. Room was charming and very clean. The staff were the nicest, most friendly and helpful I've ever had at a hotel. Would love to stay again and highly recommend. Thank you Min, Gavy and all of the lovely staff who made our stay such a pleasure.

L’hôtel est charmant, très propre et parfaitement entretenu. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et impeccables. Le petit-déjeuner est très agréable et l’emplacement est idéal pour profiter pleinement de Hoi An.

Mais le véritable point fort de cet hôtel, c’est sans aucun doute son personnel, absolument exceptionnel ! Les filles sont adorables, toujours souriantes, attentionnées, d’une gentillesse incroyable et extrêmement professionnelles. Elles ont rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial grâce à leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité à chaque instant. On s’y sent vraiment bien et comme à la maison. Nous avons même eu droit à un petit cadeau au moment du départ, une attention qui nous a beaucoup touchés !

Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Un hôtel que nous recommandons les yeux fermés, aussi bien pour la qualité des prestations que pour l’incroyable gentillesse de toute l’équipe.

Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour cette magnifique expérience ! Si nous revenons à Hoi An, nous reviendrons sans la moindre hésitation dans cet hôtel. Une très belle adresse à ne surtout pas manquer ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

De mensen die werken in Hoianese zijn geweldig. Ivy, Sunny, Sa, Min en Anna staan de hele dag voor je klaar om je met alle dingen te helpen met het boeken van activiteiten tot het rondleiden door de stad om
je meer te leren over de geschiedenis van de stad.

The staffs are super friendly and offer a lot information about local tours, restaurants, culture, etc.
I feel being welcomed immediately after I arrived.
Room is clean and I even got two hand written postcards from the staffs.
Hotel is very very quite

Everything ! The location near the Old Town was perfect
The warming welcome from Gavy and all the staff, her explanations about the activities to do and the good meals to have in Hoi An
The room was clean and big, the mattress was really soft we slept very well
The breakfast was homemade and excellent
And the walking tour by Ivy was really great too, we learned a lot of things about Hoi An, thank you!

The staff really makes the property great! They went above and beyond, and I felt like I learnt a lot from the stay. Great walking tour and they even gave us 10% off for the memories show, which is highly recommended.

The hotel is so centralised to everything the bed was so comfy however the best thing about this hotel is the staff that work there, they are absolutely amazing and literally the nicest woman I've ever met. From the moment you walk in the door how they greet you. The receptionist then gives you a map and goes through loads of useful information with you which was extremely handy. I would not stay anywhere else but this hotel now. They even all came out to wave me goodbye. Thank you for such a lovely stay x

We stayed here for 3 nights. Perfect location and so lovely & helpful employees! Ivy, Gavy and Sunny were helping us for eeeverything. Thanks to them, we learned so much about Hoi An history and culture. I think that's what made the hotel special—they didn't act like ordinary hotel staff, but more like cultural ambassadors.

The staff members were super friendly and willing to help.
