Das Hotel/ Hotelzimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und hatte alles Wichtige für einen Aufenthalt in Hoi An. Aber am meisten überzeugt hat uns das Personal! Die Angestellten war sehr freundlich und haben nützliche Vorschläge für die Freizeitplanung gegeben. Sie haben wirklich den traditionellen Spirit von Hoi An perfekt verkörpert! An dieser Stelle möchten wir vor allem Ivy und Min hervorheben, die unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht haben.
Wir waren sehr dankbar, dass ein gratis Fahrradverleih beim Hotel inkludiert war, jedoch waren leider die Rücklichter sowie die Klingel nicht mehr ganz so funktionstüchtig... Ansonsten haben sich die Räder super gefahren!

メールが長い。チェクインの説明が長い。疲れて休みたいのに「重要な話があります」言う.....重要な話は、夜9：00以後の玄関の開錠方法だけである.....観察すると、特に男性客はうんざりしている。trulyではあるが、若い女性スタッフ達はプロではない。しかし、一生懸命なのは理解します。

Zimmer alles da und sehr sauber. Frühstück von der Karte, aber alles da, was man braucht.

Excellent hotel! We loved everything from our comfortable, wonderful, room to the free guided walking tour, to the free evening history discussion, to the delicious breakfasts. The staff, especially Ivy, Gavy, Min, and Sunny went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted and felt very welcome. They even boxed a free breakfast for us to take to the airport at 6am.
The location was perfect; it made it all easy for our group. Right in the old town, near the river, the market, the shops, restaurants and other interesting spots. I loved the staff, Minh, Anna, Ivy, Gavy, Sunny and the housekeepers. They were nice, accomodating, attentive to our needs, and communicated so well. We also appreciated the free walking tour.

The journey from airport to hotel ....the taxi ride that booking.com promised never came . Awaiting the refund for the money I paid & for the mental trauma ...waiting for the taxi over 30 min at night ...it was a bad experience
