Hoianese Tranquil Heritage Hotel - Truly Cultural Immersion

The location was exceptional. The staff Sunny , Min , Ivy and Gavy were extremely courteous and helpful . They will be a major reason for us to come back and stay in the same hotel. The hotel had a very homely and comfortable feel. The girls at the reception went out of the way to help everyone and make them comfortable. They were also very knowledgeable. Breakfast add on was an option but the selection was very good and value for money .

Het was een geweldig verblijf! Min, Sunny, Ivy and Gavy waren echt geweldig! Zulke lieve, vrolijke meiden die ons heel enthousiast allemaal tips voor de omgeving gaven. Niks was ze te veel. De easyrider tour naar Hué was top!!

The staff are really nice and help, they give very good suggestions on city tour and the location is perfect for everything. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely come another time

The best thing about this place is to see Sunny, Min, Gavy and Ivy over and over again! They’re open for having a fun and nice conversation and sharing their stories. There is just too much to describe how amazing Sunny, Min, Gavy and Ivy are, but it’s the little things what makes Sunny, Min, Gavy and Ivy so special.

It was all clean and with a few small thoughtful extras. Like as much water as you need, mosquito spray when you need,a welcome local made cookie.

Le staff est super réactif au demande et très agréable (Sunny et avy), c’est le point fort de l’établissement avec son emplacement.
Les chambres et la literie sont très bien mais si je devais relever un point ce serait la salle de bain avec la douche dans la baignoire qui fait un peu old school, c’est un petit détail.

Amazing

Sunny, Min, Gavy and Ivy are four amazing staff members who always make time to have a chat. Like the rest of the Hoianese team, Sunny, Min, Gavy and Ivy work so hard to make everyone happy. Even during peak hours, Sunny, Min, Gavy and Ivy manage to have a chat and to communicate with me.
Waking up and to see Sunny, Min, Ivy and Gavy is one of the best things during my stay!

Location was perfect for access to old town. The property was clean and well kept. Breakfast was large and delicious. The reception that we got on arrival and throughout our stay was the best in our travels this year, and we traveled 5 months! Min and Ivy were outstanding - better service than you find in most 5-star hotels.

Breakfast included is substantial, altho you cannot tell what it will be until it comes. We over-ordered the first morning, before we got to know how to order.
It was close enough to where we wanted to be.
Room was large.
Air conditioner worked well.
Water bottles were provided in the rooms, with extra bottles available.
Welcome snack was a very nice touch - but we think it was covering up for the fact there is no TVs in the rooms.

Ein toller, herzlicher Empfang und ein immer sehr guter und mehr als freundlicher Service!! Das Zimmer war sehr schön und das Frühstück top! Absolut empfehlenswert!

The hotel is charming and close to everything you’ll want to see in Hoi An. The rooms are set back from the street enough that noise is not an issue. The bed was comfortable. Having a tub was nice. Breakfast was good, particularly the traditional options and fresh fruit! The key to this hotel is by far the staff. Gavy, Min, Ivy and Sunny work very hard to make sure your stay is memorable. They have all the recommendations for what to do in Hoi An. What stood out most to me was that they each greeted us by name every time we saw them. They genuinely care about hospitality. It was a pleasure to be at Hoianese Tranquil Heritage Hotel. Thank you all for the great stay!

L’esthétisme en totale symbiose avec la nature.
Le personnel adorable et attentionné.
Le spa est magnifique et l’endroit où on pratique le Taï Chi, le Yoga et la méditation est juste un bonheur de calme et de sérénité.
Le restaurant est très agréable aussi.
