Hoianese Tranquil Heritage Hotel - Truly Cultural Immersion

Absolutely loved my time here. The staff is so kind, friendly and welcoming.

I was lucky enough to have been acquainted with Sunny, Min, Ivy and Gavy.

Sunny- she ensured that I was well attended to and taken care of as I was unwell one night. She helped me with a new room, breakfast in my room and was super kind and understanding. She also suggested the Bamboo circus, and it was an absolute delight.

Min- so well spoken and attention to detail. She helped me understand the area around and walked me through some good options for food, tailored clothes and in general the vibe around the hotel.

Ivy- such a delight to talk to and converse with as she’s so positive and friendly. She too helped me with good suggestions in and around the hotel. Her smile and positivity is so infectious.

Gavy- helped me in time with my taxi to their hotel from Da Nang! She was responsive and polite. Provided me with many options to look at for activities around.

Over all the staff and ambience is great and I do recommend the place.

The property is old and yet charming and beautiful. The breakfast options are really good and filling.

It’s close to the river side, shopping and great cafes/restaurants around.

The Heritage Hotel was an amazing way to start my backpacking trip of Vietnam
The ladies at the front desk (Ivy, Sunny and Min) were so welcoming and friendly from the moment I arrived at the front door
Ivy was excellent in her explanation of all the cultural things to do in Hoi An
I really enjoyed the cultural walk lead by Bao which is complimentary for hotel residents and the historical talk hosted by Bao and Ivy was very informative and provided greater undersranding of the Vietnam war and the context in which events unfolded

Uma das minhas melhores experiências em reservas de hotel efectuadas pelo Booking. A simpatia e disponibilidade das funcionarias da receção foi extrema. Sempre com um grande sorriso, fizeram de imediato um breefing sobre a cidade, locais de interesse e sobre as atividades cuturais organizadas pelo próprio hotel. É um daqueles locais em que me senti verdadeiramente em casa. A delicadeza e simpatia de todo o pessoal axiliar é também indescritível.

A great experience on all counts - nice clean room, comfy bed with plenty of pillows, great location - but the real treat is the team. I've gotten to know Min, Sunny, Ivy and Gavy and their different yet all charming personalities. They were all extremely helpful and informative, eager to do everything necessary to make the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Will not miss a chance to come again!

En plein centre de Hoi An, possibilité de louer des vélos pour aller à la plage d An Bang. Visite organisée par l'hôtel du centre ville avec un super guide. Personnel adorable, très efficace avec une mention spéciale pour Sunny et Min qui étaient là pendant notre séjour.

Ivy bizimle ilgilendiğin için teşekkür ederiz. Enerjinle tatilimize neşe kattın. Otelden çok memnun kaldık. Bisiklet kiralama ve My Son turunu otelimiz aracılığıyla ayarladık. İkisi de çok güzeldi, fiyatları uygundu.

Het personeel was geweldig! Vooral Sunny die ons ontving was onwijs lief. We werden ook heel goed geholpen door Min en Ivy! Ze gaven ons veel informatie over de stad en de tours die het hotel aanbood. Wij hebben ze bijna allemaal gedaan en ook dit was allemaal perfect geregeld. Vooral de walking tour is echt een aanrader! De aanbevelingen voor restaurants waren ook heel goed. De kamers waren heel schoon en de schoonmaaksters waren heel goed en ook lief. De ligging van het hotel was top en als kers op de taart zagen het hotel zelf en de kamers er heel schattig uit.

Ich wurde noch nie so herzlich in einem Hotel empfangen. Sunny, Amin, Ivy, Gavy waren so hilfreich und haben mir geholfen das perfekte Programm für mich zu buchen. 11/10!!! Um die Geschichte von Vietnam zu erfahren, geht in dieses Hotel!

Min, Ivy, Sunny and Gavy were super lovely and helpful. They all made us feel at home and comfortable. Also really enjoyed the history walking tour with Cindy! Was amazing to gain a deeper appreciation for Hoi An and Cindy was the perfect tour guide!

שפע המידע שנתנו, החל מלאן ומתי ללכת, ועד למחיר יעד שאפשר להגיע עליו במשא ומתן בקניות... ויחסית למקומות אחרים האנגלית שלהן טובה.
המקום עצמו, במבנה עתיק מלא אווירה, החדר גדול, נקי, כייפי, ושקט, ארוחת הבוקר נהדרת ובשפע (לא בופה), והמיקום, ממש במרכז.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel idéalement situé ! L’amabilité et la gentillesse du personnel, notamment Ivy, Gavy, Min et Sunny, ont vraiment fait la différence. Elles se sont toujours montrées disponibles et nous ont aidés à réserver plusieurs activités tout au long du séjour, ce qui a été très appréciable.
Mention spéciale à Ivy, qui a pris le temps de nous accueillir avec beaucoup de bienveillance. Sa bonne humeur et sa joie de vivre communicative ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable !
