Breakfast was very poor. Staff seemed to be struggling to cope even though it was not very busy. Some of my full English tasted terrible. Well below standard.

Pros:

The location was great, literally across from the sea and 5 minutes walk from the main points in Cleethorpes. Staff were extremely professional and friendly.

Cons:

Bed size was a little small in the single room. The room had the first floor court yard outside so you couldn't keep the window open in the heat if people sat outside talking. Couldn't open the shutters either as people could look inside.

Fabulous breakfast and every aspect was 4 star

Cons:

Room hot and window open length restricted so could have done with a fan.
Incoming calls bookings dealt with by receptionist, better to be directed to back office staff so freeing up receptionist
