Lovely Hotel in Great Location - lots of Kids!
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Then welcoming staff were really helpful and friendly. I hadn't filled in our passport details online though which he was expecting but i didnt know about it but it wasn't an issue and he just gave me a paper form to fill in. Then he to our room after getting me a welcome glass of fizz. He showed us how the safe worked etc before leaving us to it. The room was perfect - really comfy beds and a large seating area. Side sea view was just that. Little Fridge was useful too considering we were AI. Rainfall shower was fab!
The all inclusive food was good - not to my own taste but it looked great and everyone seemed to enjoy it. I ate mostly from the kids corner so I didn't go without. The desserts were particularly lovely!
My only disappointment was the amount of toddlers and young kids running around the restaurant and screaming and shouting whilst we were trying to get food etc. The pool was also constantly full of them along with parents and inflatables which didn't leave much room for anyone else so that part wasn't as relaxing as i would have liked. I won't be booking here again purely because of the amount of kids but it would be great for families with young ones. I probably should have gone for an Adults Only hotel so that's on me.

Perfect staff
Pros:

Great holiday. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
All the bar staff was very nice, big thanks to Dipendra.
A special mention to Lisa from guest service. She made our stay feel like really holiday. She was so nice with our baby. We can see that she really cares for her guests. She is a wonderful woman.
We will come back thanks to her.
The only thing I could say is that the AC is way to low in the hotel areas.

We arrived late at night, and unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working. It turned out to be one of the most difficult nights of our stay because the room felt like a sauna due to the heat and humidity. There was no alternative room available, so we had no choice but to spend the night with fans.

The following day, we met the Front Office Manager, Stefan, and the wonderful Guest Relations representative, Christina. They truly turned our stay around and made it a much more enjoyable experience.

I also have to say that the hotel itself is fantastic. It has so much to offer, especially for families with children. We traveled with our two children, aged 5 and 3, and I use a wheelchair. We didn’t need to leave the hotel even once because everything we needed was there.

The staff are warm, welcoming, always willing to help, and genuinely kind. We are certain that we will return in the future despite the issue we experienced. At the end of the day, what truly matters is not only when things go wrong, but also how a hotel takes responsibility and handles the situation.

הייתה לנו חופשה נהדרת, והרבה מזה בזכות הצוות המדהים של המלון.
מהרגע שהגענו ועד שעזבנו קיבלנו שירות ברמה גבוהה מכל העובדים – כולם היו אדיבים, מקצועיים, חייכנים ותמיד עם רצון אמיתי לעזור. היה מרגש לראות כמה הם אוהבים ילדים ומתייחסים אליהם בחום, בסבלנות ובאהבה.
תודה מיוחדת לקריסטי (kristy) המדהימה! בכל יום היא דאגה לשאול לשלומנו ולוודא שהכול בסדר ושלא חסר לנו דבר. היא תמיד קיבלה אותנו עם חיוך, הומור ויחס אישי יוצא דופן שהפך את החופשה שלנו למיוחדת עוד יותר. עוד לפני שהגענו כתבתי לה במייל שיש יום הולדת במהלך השהות שלנו, והיא דאגה להפתיע אותנו עם בלונים ועוגה בחדר. מחווה מקסימה שהפכה את היום למרגש ובלתי נשכח.
לקחנו חדר עם נוף לים, ואני ממליצה עליו מאוד – הנוף פשוט שווה את זה.
המלון נקי מאוד. החדר נוקה בצורה מדי יום, ואף החליפו לנו מצעים כמה פעמים במהלך השהות, בלי שבכלל ביקשנו. ואם ביקשנו עוד בקבוקי מים ומגבות הביאו לנו.
האוכל היה טעים ובשפע. נכון שהתפריט מעט חוזר על עצמו, אבל באופן אישי נהניתי מאוד מהאוכל. חדר האוכל גדול ומרווח, אך לצערי היה בו חם רוב הזמן והמיזוג היה חלש.
בכל ערב יש הופעות מושקעות ומהנות שמתאימות גם למבוגרים וגם לילדים, יש אווירה טובה של משפחות אבל גם אווירה צעירה, ובמהלך היום צוות הבידור מקסים ודואג לאנרגיה כיפית. גם באזור הבריכה יש שפע של מקומות ישיבה, כך שלא הרגשנו צורך "לתפוס" מקום מוקדם בבוקר.
יש חניה גדולה ממש בכניסה למלון, ובמהלך כל השהות תמיד מצאנו מקום פנוי – יתרון משמעותי למי שמגיע עם רכב.
הדבר היחיד שהיה חסר לנו הוא חוף פרטי מסודר של המלון. עם זאת, יש חוף קטן הצמוד למלון סמוך, וגם אורחי המלון יכולים להשתמש בו.
יש 3 מסעדות למלון וזה היה נחמד לגוון מידי פעם, אוכל מאד טעים.
בסך הכול הייתה לנו חוויה מצוינת, ואנחנו בהחלט נשמח לחזור שוב. תודה לכל צוות המלון על אירוח מכל הלב!

המנקות לפעמים ניקו את החדרים בצהריים וזה הרעיש והפריע כשהבת שלי נרדמה בצהריים,כדאי שזה יהיה בשעות הבוקר,למרות שהן היו נהדרות.
בחדר אוכל היה מאד חם, המזגן לא חזק-זה היה לא נעים לפעמים.
חבל שאין חוף ים פרטי מסודר למלון, אבל יש חוף למלון ליד וזה ענה על הצורך.

I would come back for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
Pros:

The food is delicious, the rooms are cleaned every day, the staff is friendly, the cocktails are amazing, and the sunsets are beautiful. Everything is well maintained. You can take a bottle of Prosecco to your room whenever you like, and whatever you ask for, they are happy to provide.

Cons:

The evenings are quite boring. It’s probably fine for children, but this hotel is really more suited to families. Instead of live guitar music with an older performer every evening, it would be much better to have a speaker playing modern music and some dancing for adults. If there are any evening events, guests aren’t properly informed—there are no announcements or notices. The entertainment team is generally quite boring, although Vanessa is great.

Wspaniały obiekt!
Pros:

Pyszne jedzenie, piękne widoki, piękny hotel ze wspaniałymi atrakcjami dla dzieci: baseny, zjeżdżalnie, mini boisko do piłki nożnej. Pod hotelem przystanek autobusowy, którym bez problemu dojedziecie do Pafos w 15 minut. Obsługa hotelu wspaniała, bardzo się starają, dbają o klientów, ogólnie polecam z czystym sumieniem.

Cons:

Nie ma takiej rzeczy.
