Excelente estadía aunque kids club decepcionante
Pros:

Buenas instalaciones, limpio, y cómodo

Cons:

Kids club con personal con cero motivación por lo que solo mandamos a nuestro hijo 1 vez y no quiso ir más, decepcionante. Personal agradable pero de vez en cuando nos tocó una persona en particular del restaurante que fue muy desagradable.

Overall a good resort for family stay
Pros:

Nice pool area with lots of dedicated spaces for children. The family lounge was also very nice and convenient.

Cons:

Food could be better, and entertainment in the evenings was not always of good quality. Information on the app about entertainment was inaccurate.

החדר עם הבריכה היה מעולה, היו כמה תיקונים שנדרשו והגיעו מהר לתקן אותם. הילדים אהבו מאוד את הבריכה עם המגלשות והיה הרבה אוכל לילדים בכל הארוחות. גם למבוגרים האוכל מאוד מגווון.

Cons:

הייתי שמחה אם בחדר אוכל היו קינוחים כמו עוגות שוקולד ופחות עוגות קרמים. החדר דורש יותר תחזוקה. המיקום של המלון יחסית רחוק מהעיר וצריך לקחת מונית.

Πολυ ευγενικο και εξυπηρετικο προσωπικο, πεντακαθαρα ολα,μεγαλο ανετο δωματιο με τελειο στρωμα. Απειρες επιλογες στα εστιατορια.

Cons:

Το μονο που μας χαλασε λιγο ηταν η μυρωδια σαν μουχλα στο δωματιο αλλα τιποτε το υπερβολικο.

The restaurant, bar and kids club staff were super friendly.

Cons:

The air conditioning in our room did not work for the first night (we stayed for two nights) and most of the second day so we hardly slept the first night. We would have appreciated this being rectified as a priority given the amount of money we spent, or the offer of some level of compensation. The reception staff had reassured us that it had been fixed on more than one occasion but this was not the case and our daughter was unable to nap in the room on the second day.

A wonderful stay with excellent facilities
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. I arrived around 11:00 AM on Sunday, August 9, 2026, and left around 8:00 PM on Monday, August 10. Although I only stayed for one night, I was able to enjoy the hotel’s facilities for two full days, which was a great experience.

Thank you very much for your hospitality and for everything. I truly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to visit again. See you next time!

لااسف لن اختار الاقامة في هذا الفندق مرة اخرى!!

فقط العاب الطفال في المسبح ومعاملة الموظفين

Cons:

1. الاكل لم يكن مناسبا للاطفال وكانت الخيارات محدودة جدا!
بلاضافة الى ذلك كانت هنالك رائحة غير مريحة في غرفة الاكل
2. حجزنا غرفة ودفعنا مقابل اطلالة على البحر لكن الاطلالة لم تكن كما توقعنا ، جدار الشرفة مرتفع جدا! ويحجب جزاءا كبيرا من منظر البحر ولا يمكن الاستمتاع للإطلالة اثناء الجلوس في الشرفة ! لا اعتبر هذة اطلالة بحر تستحق دفع مبلغ تضافي!!!!
3. مستوى النظافة لم يكن في تغير للفرش حتى وجدنا ان فرش ابنتي ممزق !
4. ولاهم انه ما كان في شاطيء بحر في الفندق بعيد حدا عن الفندق والبركه وشاطيء صغير جدا !
