Friendly staff, clean, nice pool, plenty of sun beds, snack bar open, good all inclusive package, comfortable bed

2. Koszenie trawy od 7 rano… kto dał nakaz pracownikom koszenia trawy od godziny 7 rano powinien naprawdę się zastanowić 5 razy. Myślę, że większość z turystów życzy sobie się wyspać przynajmniej w ciągu wakacji, a ten odgłos kosiarki maszynowej od 7 rano… masakra

מלון חמוד, בריכות טובות ומתאים לילדים צעירים.
אין חוף ים לרחצה במלון
הלכנו כ 5 דקות לחוף אחר.
בלילה הראשון היו דברים שלא עבדו לנו בחדר אבל הצוות היה מאוד נחמד וסידרו לנו למחרת. גם הציעו לעבור חדר אך נשארנו לאחר שסודר הכל.

It was okay but felt it could have been much better
Pros:

The room was lovely the reception staff were great and helpful, the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were great

Cons:

The given entertainment programme was never correct. My son would be excited for “rock painting” or the “balloon party” and we got there and the activities weren’t carried out. The kids club were not doing any of the activities advertised. The falcon club was being refurbished so entertainment was moved to the lobby which is not practical with young children running around the stairs. The food was very similar everyday, I would like to return when the other restaurants are open

Bardzo przyjazny hotel, dobre jedzenie, czysto, pomocna obsługa. Bardzo dziękujemy Pani Sylwii, która sama się z nami skontaktowała oraz pomogła w sprawach, które potrzebowaliśmy. Dobrze mieć takiego człowieka na miejscu. :) byliśmy z dzieckiem, zdecydowanie miał co robic.
