No activities for kids under 4
The staff was friendly and polite.
Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering we chose the all-inclusive option.
Food
The food was not tasty and quite monotonous for us (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). We also tried eating at the Asian restaurant on the hotel grounds, but unfortunately, we didn't like the food there either.
Cleanliness in the main dining room
The main dining hall was not always clean. The chairs were often dirty and sometimes even wet. However, according to the rules, guests cannot enter the dining room in wet clothes, so it was unclear why this situation kept happening.
Room issues
There were some small problems in our room. When we arrived, we found a torn curtain. It didn't bother us much, so we didn't call the front desk. However, it was strange that during every cleaning, the housekeeping staff would open the curtains in a way that put the torn part right in the center. It was very visible, and it was surprising that no staff member mentioned it during all the cleanings.
The towels in the room also always had small stains on them. I don't know if it was because the towels were old or if they were just not washed properly, but it was unpleasant to use them.
Pirate Club issue
We were disappointed by the situation with the "Pirate Club." They would not let us in with our young child, saying children under 4 years old were not allowed. However, inside there was a ball pit, and other entertainment that would be perfect for small children.
Elevators
The elevators are not very convenient. The hotel is only 4 floors, but the building is long, and there is only one elevator on each side. So sometimes we had to wait a long time, and when the elevator finally arrived, it was already full.
Kids' playground
The playground for small children is also quite small.
Everyone may have different expectations, but for us, the hotel did not match the level we expected for the price and the all-inclusive format.

Only 1 elevator on each side of the hotel. If you are with a stroller you can wait a while.

во все включено также есть перекусы очень даже неплохие которые сравнятся например с обедом
Бассейн хороший чисты есть отделения для детей но не хватило нам часов работы он работает с 9 до 18:00 хотелось бы час больше утром и час больше вечером для ребенка это было бы удобнее потому что ребенок просыпается в 6 утра и что ему делать 3 часа до открытия и как ему обьснить что оно еще закрыто
2 лифта недостаточно для такого количества людей тем более с колясками
Плохой интернет и не работал Youtube на телевизоре а для ребенка это важно
Ну и главная проблема это звукоизоляция. В таком шуме тяжело ребенку спать а родителям отдохнуть. как с окон так и с коридора

Nice pool with shaded areas. Lawn with sunbed. Friendly staff across the board. Big variety of food options for adults, and consistent good options for kids.
Very compact.
Not enough activities for young kids below 4.
No smart TV.
Restaurants a la cart were slow.
No bathtub in family room, although it was promised.
You aren't allowed to flush toilet paper and shower drain was bad.
Staff didn't explain enough about the hotel and facilities when we checked in.
Perfect. I was thinking through the whole treatment if I should splurge and schedule another one 😅
