Pros:

Sfeervolle inrichting, ruime kamer, heerlijk bed. Temperatuur goed te regelen, heel fijn tijdens warme dagen met 30+ graden. Vriendelijke ontvangst.

Alles in dem Zimmer.

Cons:

Die fehlenden Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher. Das war wirklich sehr unbequem. Nicht mal für die kleinen Handtücher gab es einen Haken oder eine Halterung. Ganz zu schweigen für die Duschtücher.
Abstellmöglichkeiten im Bad für Pflegeprodukte fehlten auch. Das ist nicht nur in ihrem Hotel so, aber hier in diesem Hotel war es extrem, da die Ablage am Waschbecken nur für eine Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta reichte. Das ist für eine Belegung mit zwei Personen einfach zu knapp. Da wir ein Behindertenzimmer hatten, was allerdings sehr großzügig geschnitten war, mussten (konnten) wir unsere Handtücher über die Haltegriffe an Toilette und Dusche zum Trocknen hängen. Das finde ich für ein Gästezimmer nicht sehr praktisch. Es wäre schön, wenn man da über einen zusätzlichen Schrank unter dem Waschbecken mit ggf. Aufhängestange für Handtücher Abhilfe schaffen könnte.

Non ho fatto la colazione,ma in compenso potevi servirti un caffè americano,un thè gratuitamente 🙂 la location è in una posizione fantastica 5 Min. dal centro ,all interno c'è una porta che ti dà accesso ad una galleria piena di negozi di ogni genere e anche ristoranti

Zentrale Lage, sehr nettes Personal

Cons:

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt bzgl Zimmerausstattung und Frühstück nicht. Personal vor Ort zwar nett, aber Serviceleistung vor und nach dem Aufenthalt (Rechnungsstellung) für die Preisklasse nicht ausreichend.

Für uns nichts!

Frühstück, Zimmer aber nur das Zimmer Ausblick katastrophal

Blick auf einen Innenhof ohne die Chance zu haben, was schönes zu sehen, nichtmal ein Grashalm nur Fenster und Wände und Kameras🫣 dazu kommt das die Gardienen total dreckig waren. Das Zimmer selber war modern und für uns super, Dusche & WC sind durchsichtig, leider läuft beim Duschen das Wasser zum WC. Das Frühstück war gut, Abends an der Bar war die Stimmung vom Personal sehr sehr drückend. Der Junge Mann war nicht in Stimmung unterhielt sich auch nicht wirklich mit seiner jungen Kollegin die wirklich freundlich war, wir fühlten uns nicht wohl, was uns dazu brachte zu gehen. Wollten den Geburtstag rein feiern , Als Barkeeper sollte man sich schon anders verhalten. Sehr schade.Das schlimmste war im Zimmer 420? War ein Brand, wir waren 416 mußten alle raus Feueralarm, es kam alles Feuerwehr,Polizei sperrte die Straße, und das Hotel hatte nix im Griff. Das Personal selber nichts strukturiert. Das geht gar nicht.
