A entrada e areas comuns estao em bom estado, porem o corredor ate os quartos com piso laminado velho, faz muito barulho e ecoa ao quarto.

O ar condicionado é velho e não gela, a televisao é velha e teve que ir suporte para ajustar pois não funcionava, quando funcionou, as cores eram ruins.
