Good experience at the hotel. The shuttle not taking us to the hotel was the bad experience.
Pros:

IT WAS VERY GOOD

Cons:

When I made the reservation, your ad said there was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel free of charge. When we arrived, I called the hotel and was told that the shuttle was noy operating at that time. Other persons going to another, nearby hotel, had the shuttle service. I ended paying around $30 on Uber.
