The staff were pleasant
Cleanliness, food. Dirt debree/ garbage around facility from a soccer team attending, staff were told both nights that until 11 pm there were members of the teams knocking on doors and running, they sent security up on night one ie Friday but did nothing on night two and allowed the hotel to be a gymnasium with junior athletes playing tag through the lobby and halls. We booked a total of x3 rooms for our family for this stay for back to school shopping and we will never stay there again.
The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold options, including warm cinnamon buns and fruit. The room was lovely, but warm. We put the air conditioning on which cooled it off for a while, but it got quite warm in the middle of the night again before it came on again.
A comfortable chair in the room to sit on would have been nice. It only had the office chair.
The location was perfect, walking distance to everything. The rooms were very quiet, and beds were comfortable.
The AC unit was a little loud, and the breakfast could have had more options, it was the same thing everyday, but one. Very basic breakfast.

One of, if not the best hotel in Kelowna. The rooms are really clean and spacious, and the bed is also pretty good. They also have a good veriaty of food for breakfast too. I would definitely recommend this hotel
