Good hotel, bring ear plugs.
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located. Our room was super clean and comfortable. The staff-as most Colombians, are friendly. flexible and a pleasure to deal with.

Cons:

As is often the case in Colombia, noise is an issue. Our room number was 102. Avoid it if you can. On one side of the room you have road noise and on the other side of the door you have reception and a breakfast/communal living area. In our case it meant a large boisterous group having fun. including rehearsing and filming dance routines. Absolutely nothing nasty, just kids having fun. However not the best from our point of view.

Too noisy, but kind staff

The staff were helpful. Arranged a taxi to the airport for me in the morning. Free coffee

Cons:

This has to be the noisiest hotel I've stayed in while travelling around Colombia. The rooms windows faced out onto the main road full of traffic and stalls and people and so the room was full of engine noise, the roar of motorbikes, shouting, music. I asked if I could change rooms, but was told they didn't have others available and "it would quiet down after 8pm" - it did, but not by much. Earplugs were much needed. The location was good in that it's central, but Plaza Bolivar and around felt pretty sketchy after dark. Breakfast was really half hearted and served in a lobby that smelt of cleaning products.

El mejor hotel para quedar en Pereira
Pros:

La ubicación es lo mejor, cerca de todo y seguro. La atención del personal es demasiado buena, muy atentos y dispuestos a ayudar.
El servicio de restaurante era muy rico, me pareció acordé la calidad al precio. Volveremos!!!

Bien.
Pros:

Habitaciones grandes, cómodas, limpias, con escritorio y todo lo necesario para una estancia laboral muy cómoda.

Cons:

La persona que nos atendió en el turno de la mañana y medio día con una actitud terrible, grosera, despota, cero colaborativa, negando el baño a una persona que no estaba hospedada pero se encontraba con nosotros en la gestión laboral (Por la cual viajamos) es la única razón por la cual no regresaríamos.
