Un hôtel pas digne d'un 4 étoiles
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel non loin des chutes de niagara mais il faut noter qu'il est nécessaire de prendre la voiture

Cons:

Trés déçu des prestations pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.
Les lits des enfants n'étaient pas faits et lorsque nous avons avisé la réception de ce point, on nous a répondu que nous devions nous même faire les lits....ce n'est pas digne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles

Pros:

L’emplacement, les déjeuners généreux avec du bacon et des saucisses! On a encore le droit d’en manger dans cet établissement! On a beaucoup apprécié! Le personnel chaleureux et accueillant.

Cons:

Le matelas du second lit est très inconfortable.

The barriers we found are correctable, other than being so far from NOTL, so we're encouraged.
Pros:

staff were great. Room was almost accessible, but needs work. I told the manager and she was very receptive, so that was good.

Cons:

The shower curtain is 4 inches too short, so my shower turned the bathroom into a wading pool! The bed was so extremely soft, it was difficult to get out of it and we both had backaches after the second night. We booked it, knowing it was in NOTL. To our shock it turned out to be almost St. Catherine's, and a $60.00 taxi ride each way!! In three days that was $250.

One word. Better communication is needed with staff and patrons from the General Manager.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Proximity to NOTL was decent.

Cons:

Had issues with a dog smell (that they knew about) in the room that they couldn’t or wouldn’t address until the 2nd day of our stay. We gave them 5 hours to work on it the first night and they still did not make it any better. When talking with the site manager he agreed to move us the 2nd night. I asked to speak with him about the issue after we got set in our new room and he never reached out. Staff were continuously unaware of the issue. When we asked for him at check out the employee had no idea about what was going on but saw a credit for $117 on our bill which brought our 2 night stay down to $780. This was never discussed with her or us. Very disappointing. On top of that our HVAC unit was high pitched and noisy. I let them know about this as well. The 2nd night the room we were moved to was amazing with no issues. The HVAC and smell were no issue.

Comfortable stay but could benefit from certain improvements
Pros:

The professional and courteous staff and the amenities.

Cons:

The kitchen lacked some basic kitchenware as well as 2 extra chairs. A room to accommodate 4 people should include 4 chairs at the table as well. Also the entire room including the kitchen and in particular the bathroom would benefit from a deep cleaning. The floor grout was filthy and the shower grout and caulking were black and mouldy.

Excellent spacious suite. Nice kitchen area.
Pros:

Ten minutes to vineyards and to the Old Town.

Cons:

The Mac and Cheese and Chicken at the social. It was supposed to be appetizers.

We were there for the World Junior squash Tournament at Whiteoaks Resort. Good location, washing machines essential.Room

Cons:

Some of the gym equipment was not operational or repaired during our two week stay. The gym needed dusting, especially floors around the bases of the equipment.

It was fabulous.
Pros:

From start to finish it was excellent I was having difficulty with the height of the toilet they provided a seat that raised the height of the toilet and as someone with mobility issues this was a godsend. Met the owner and he was super nice. The complimentary breakfast was delicious as well would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a nice place to stay.
