Fijne, schone en zeer ruime accomodatie met goed ontbijt.
Pros:

Heel grote kamer, superschoon. Prima ontbijt.

Cons:

Ligt wel iets verder (15 min. Met de auto) vanaf dr watervallen.

I definitely would come back again - a nice place to stay while traveling from NY to Michigan.
Pros:

Although I hadn't requested a handicapped-friendly room, mine was - appreciated the extra space in the bathroom and the grab bars made showering extra safe. Bed was comfortable and the noise levels were minimal despite being quite close to the elevators.

Cons:

Because it was a suite and not just a hotel room, there were cooking odors from other suites from time to time.

Great Stay in a great location
Pros:

Very clean, great location, comfortable bed, loved having a kitchen.

Cons:

We stayed a week so the breakfast got a little boring with the same food every day, which is a small complaint. We would love to see a gluten free bread option.

We had a good time
Pros:

Room & hotel is clean. Good breakfast. Pool. Short drive to all we came for.

Cons:

Pool could have been heated on our 1st night, was good afterwards. Location is poor for walking. Outside cushions very used & weeds everywhere.

Pros:

La suite que nous avons occupé était trè bien équipée. La suite, la piscine et les espaces communs étaient très propres.
Sans oublier que l'établissement est à proximité de plusieurs vignobles et de Old Town

Pros:

L’emplacement, les déjeuners généreux avec du bacon et des saucisses! On a encore le droit d’en manger dans cet établissement! On a beaucoup apprécié! Le personnel chaleureux et accueillant.

Cons:

Le matelas du second lit est très inconfortable.

Un hôtel pas digne d'un 4 étoiles

L'emplacement de l'hôtel non loin des chutes de niagara mais il faut noter qu'il est nécessaire de prendre la voiture

Trés déçu des prestations pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.
Les lits des enfants n'étaient pas faits et lorsque nous avons avisé la réception de ce point, on nous a répondu que nous devions nous même faire les lits....ce n'est pas digne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles

The barriers we found are correctable, other than being so far from NOTL, so we're encouraged.
Pros:

staff were great. Room was almost accessible, but needs work. I told the manager and she was very receptive, so that was good.

Cons:

The shower curtain is 4 inches too short, so my shower turned the bathroom into a wading pool! The bed was so extremely soft, it was difficult to get out of it and we both had backaches after the second night. We booked it, knowing it was in NOTL. To our shock it turned out to be almost St. Catherine's, and a $60.00 taxi ride each way!! In three days that was $250.
