Everything was clean and well Organized.
The location is away from the falls , cruises , skylon tower and all entertaining area.

Nice to have the range of options that was provided.
The mattress in the accessible room was too soft. I had to be carefull sitting on it because the edges were so soft that I nearly slipped off and emergency would have to be called to get me back up to the wheelchair seat or the mattress. I, also, could not move easily when on the bed making it difficult to dress and position myself.

This is our go to place around Niagara. We always keep coming back here. We love it here.

Looking at the very high price for that hotel room, I would have expected a frankly better breakfast
A nice, clean hotel with a good breakfast.
Unlike some other franchised Holiday Inn hotels, this one did not offer complimentary coffee after dining hours.
And we couldn't find any water fountains.
We were told to fill up our water bottles in the gym, but that water was tepid and didn't taste all that good. Even after booking for four nights, we were told that the policy of this franchise owner was not to offer complimentary bottles of water. Understood. But couldn’t the staff go the extra quarter mile to help out by giving at least one small bottle of water that would cost so little but mean so much?
For a hotel the charges over $300 per night at the time, we should all expect better.
Keep in mind, if you have the extra money to spend on an overpriced room, and you don't care about the shortcomings I mentioned, this hotel should work for you.
I liked the location. Parking was good.
