We booked 2 hours before our arrival and from the staff to the accommodations it went above and beyond our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and everything seemed like it was a newly updated. Breakfast was good and it was close to everywhere we wanted to see. They even allowed us to keep our e-bikes in our room.
We would definitely come back again.
There was nothing we didn’t like.
The hotel is nicely renovated, albeit not luxury, but simple and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite. The facilities (pool and fitness room) are a bonus. The free breakfast dining is nice to have and a good incentive.
We were at the hotel for 2 days and most of those 2 days there the WiFi didn't work. I understand that it was not anyone's fault at the hotel. Rumor had it that construction workers next door cut some cables they shouldn't have, but that is only what we heard and not told. I believe that staff should have been more up front with guests by telling us what was going on and why. Upon arrival I bought some chocolate bars and candy. I think at check out I should have been offered that for free just as a good customer service gesture for the inconvenience of not having WiFi when, in fact, I paid to have WiFi!!

The room was clean and well eqiupped with bathroom necessities. Breakfast was good but limited seating.
We asked for a single Queen or King bed, instead, found two tight beds. Also the A\C was very noisy and kept us awake at times... not a restful night.
Loved the pancake machine.
Bananas were looking kind of old.
- Pool is too cold. Not heated . We couldn’t enjoy it.

Breakfast was good. Because it was in Canada, could not connect to Internet, had trouble booking next reservation, none of my payment methods were being accepted. Very inconvenient. Went through customs to sleep in Canada, then had to return to USA immediately the next morning. Miserable.
Internet accessibility. Acceptance of credit card payment. Would like to see an alternative to milk at breakfast; soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk, oat milk. Only light or dark roast coffee available, no medium roast.
