Great place to stay in a fantastic location, with friendly and attentive staff.
Pros:

The building is nice and on a quiet street, but still very close to the busy tourist area. Probably the best location you could be for a combination of quiet and accessibility. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and attentive. Such a great value for the money!

Cons:

This is subjective because we all have different preferences, but the bed was very, very firm. If that’s what you like, great. It was harder than we like, but that’s the only thing that was a negative for us.

A stay that I will never forget, the best stay in my 2 months in Vietnam ❤️
Pros:

What can I say this was that special find on my travels, from the minute I walked through the door I was made to feel at home, the family business is so well run, it’s the sort of place you want to keep to yourself, I definitely will return to this place.

Cons:

I didn’t like that I had to leave so soon

很好的住宿，離碼頭近（會安好像到處都是碼頭）
Pros:

位置很好，離古城、夜市近，但不吵鬧。房間很乾淨，隔音很好。老老闆、小老闆都很親切，看到客人都真誠微笑。尤其是負責房務清潔的女士，每次見面都主動詢問是否要補充備品，非常親切溫暖。老闆會很留意入住時間，感覺很用心。

Pros:

老闆一家人都好親切，可以借用腳踏車逛會安街區，走路也可以到會安夜市，地點很方便!床也很好睡，很乾淨，雖然遇到冰箱沒有運作，但老闆馬上就幫我們換一台新的，回覆很快速!有電梯也很讚~

Excellent location
Pros:

Han Huyen is very well located for the night market and Hoi An old town. There are also plenty of food outlets in the area. Despite this, it is surprisingly quiet for a good night’s sleep. I like the fact that the shower cubicle has a proper door which means the bathroom floor is not wet. Hiep, the owner, also helped me book the transport to and from Da Nang at a reasonable price.

Excellent Homestay with super friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Homely, intimate, very friendly family run business, great value for money, close enough to the old town where all the noise and action is, yet far enough to be quiet. Of all the places I have stayed in so far in VN, this place has a proper shower with a well thought of shower door so the entire bathroom doesn’t get wet 👍 Many more upmarket/ mire expensive places can learn from this.
If there was a rootop terrace, this place would be perfect.
I can highly recommend this place.👍👍😊
