Pros:

В этом отеле останавливаюсь второй раз.Быстрое заселение(приехала в 12.00,сразу заселили).Одна остановка или пешком 10-15 мин,находится супермаркет Albert-Heijn,а если от него вперед вверх пройти по улице еще будет один Jumbo.

Cons:

Подушки,просто ужасные.Надеюсь их заменят.Завтрак тоже можно разнообразить,для 4 звезд очень скромный.В день отъезда уборщик или уборщица пыталась зайти в номер 3 раза,хотя дверь была закрыта на защелку из внутри.Первый раз в 9.00,я была в душе и услышала,что открывалась дверь,второй раз в 10 и в 10.30- хотя выезд из отеля до 11.00.Не знаю с чем это было связано,но было такое чувство,что человек стоит под твоей дверью и ждет пока ты свалишь?

The room was clean, location was decent and breakfast was exceptional. I’d say it’s worth the money.

Cons:

It was supposed to be free cancellation but a week before my card was charged with pre authorization money. Had to call Booking to figure out where that transaction came from. I found that a bit disappointing and lied to-that’s definitely not how free cancellation works. If you want me to pre charge, do it with my approval aka write that down in your terms&conditions! Also it mentions deposit being €25 that is apparently a day.

If my vacation had not been spoilt due to the fall. I would of enjoyed the stay
Pros:

Rooms were nice and well equipped

Cons:

Breakfast area. Too small for amount of people using the area. Often ran out of food and had to wait for ages. Insufficient crockery. Took 10 minutes to find a bowl for Cereal.
On my first morning I fell in the sauna due to no matting. When reported. Staff did not show any concern. No report of the accident was made even after I requested it was documented. The next day I also went back to ask for the accident to be recorded. No one was forthcoming.

High quality room, loved sitting at the breakfast bar overlooking the water

Cons:

I got a mail re. an upgrade offer but it didn’t go anywhere.. would have paid for that for sure! Would have preferred not to have been offered it at all rather than be offered then refused

Lovely funky hotel
Pros:

It was a funky hotel, facilities were clean, staff were friendly. Location wasn't too far out, but easy to get to on the nr 48 bus. The hotel had a little pool which was great to cool down.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't open longer in the morning. The hotel seemed more to be round the 'moxy' side than the Marriott side.

شئ واحد كان مزعج جداً وهو عدم وجود عوازل وصوت الابواب المحيطة قوي جداً،كانت غرفتنا 719 امام باب مكتوب عليه للموظفين فقط وكان استخدامهم للباب عنيف جداً وبشكل متكرر اثناء الليل
