Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollen Mitarbeitern .
Pros:

Die Aussicht war sehr schön !
Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit , freundlich und sehr kompetent.
Pool und Sauna waren im Preis inklusive .
Frühstück super !
Ich würde auf jedenfall wiederkommen .

Tip top gelegen ab amsterdam centraal mit 48er bus bis endstation. Ruhig und wunderschöne aussicht.
Finde ich top für menschen die gerne ruhig schlafen wollen.

Kind of chilled and relaxed, had a great welcome by the lady on check in

Cons:

The venue was far away from anything, just views of cranes. We had a room ‘upgrade’ to a higher floor on check in, but there was a very bad smell coming from the drainage. I also had a card posted under my door regarding the room tab, which is usually taken care of at the end of the trip. Some of the staff were unhelpful and dismissive.

Sauna und Schwimmbad waren ein tolles Gimmick

Cons:

Warte seit Tagen auf Antwort, auf die Rückerstattung der Kaution. Leider tut sich nichts und ich bekomme keine Antwort.
Ein Schrank Ablagefach hätten wir uns gewünscht

Ligging, kamer en ontbijt waren prima.

Cons:

Personeel (dame) bij in en uitchecken en ontvangst bij ontbijt presteerde ver onder de maat !!
Er kon nog geen goede middag vanaf; mijn paspoort en identiteitskaart werden meteen in twijfel getrokken; geen excuses toen bleek dat er niets aan de hand was. Bij het ontbijt (zelfde dame) geen goede morgen; geen vraag of we eventueel uitleg nodig hadden. Bij uitchecken (zelfde dame) geen vraag of alles naar wens is geweest, geen fijne dag gewenst of vraag of we verder nog plannen hebben.
Erg teleurstellend en ver beneden peil voor wat men mag verwachten van hospitality in de hoofdstad voor deze prijzen. Uitermate jammer voor overig personeel dat wel zijn best probeerde te doen.
