Very nice hote in a cntral location
Pros:

The staff was really nice and the room as well as the bed were very big. Room was cleaned and towels exchanged every day. Also breakfast was really good with a large variety. The location of the hotel is great, too. Walking distance to a nice big shopping mall, the metro as well as sights, if you do not mind walking a bit.

Cons:

The bathrooms are in need of some upgrading, as they look very outdated and under my bed it wasn't cleaned. I also think it is a little pricey, though one has to keep in mind that Almaty is generally rather pricey.
