Pros:

Хорошие завтраки, вежливый персонал.
Единственное доп кровати не совсем удобные.
Ребенок лег на доп кровать- раскладушку и она рухнула, ножки сложились.
А так в целом очень понравилось

Pros:

Отлично убирали номер, ставили свежую воду. Любезные девушки на ресепшн. Большой номер.

Cons:

Откровенно слабый завтрак. Персонал замедленный - постоянно что-то заканчивается и приходилось просить пополнить. Пустой минибар. Уставшее оборудование в с/у.

Посещаю уже раз 15ый этот отель, так персонал и не запомнил это за 5 лет. Уборка зачем-то стучит в двери в 8 утра уже. Более того, если «повезет» поймать номер с комнатой персонала на этаже, добавляется букет звуков. Двери слышно как хлопают и пищат, если не закрыли. В номерах стало душно. Высокие подушки. Раньше ещё и с рюкзаком на завтрак не пускали))) может кто яйца варёные воровал-не знаю.

Pros:

Персонал из ресепшен пытался дополнительно взымать плату за использование минибаром (2 шт вино и чипсы), когда я не поющий и верующий человек. Я несколько раз уточнил и говорил, она настойчиво пыталась, но когда я потребовал еще раз посмотреть, тогда и поняли. Завтра скудный и не вкусно.

Pros:

номер достаточно большой. При бронировании должна была кровать одно спальная кинг сай. Дали двухспалку. Не стало менять.

Cons:

К сожалению отель уже под уставший, вентиляция не работала. Заснула в 23.40 проснулась в 04.20 утра потому что дышать было не чем. Постель чистая но запах в номере был прокуренный и дышать тяжело было. Не могла спать так как от постельного белья шел запах. Открыла окно а с него дуло очень сильно, особо комнату не проверила.
