Pros:

I liked the lobby, but sometimes the elevator could get crowded, would be nice if one of the staff was there to greet and escort to the elevator.

Cons:

Spa, as you enter the the large public bath, the tile was slimy and did not feel clean, some times I saw hairs on the tile floor, especially the entrace/excit area.
Also the numbers on the locker has faded or completely missing, creating lots of confusion.

希望通りの部屋に泊まれてよかった
Pros:

大浴場がありツインの部屋が本当になくて探していた
とても綺麗でよかった

Cons:

大浴場はよかったのですが、露天風呂にも入りたかったのですが、広さは大浴場よりはなく、2.3人の人で10分くらい占領されて、長風呂できないタイプだったので入れなかった。
