Pros:

L'emplacement juste à côté de la Yamanote Line, le confort de la chambre, plusieurs restos et kombini proches, très bel hôtel en général.

Cons:

La propreté de la chambre était très douteuse (tapis ULTRA sale et salle de bain moyenne). L'air climatisé coulait, le tapis était tout trempe (nous l'avons mentionné sans retour concret).

I would definitely recommend!!
Pros:

The location was great. I enjoyed the reception being on 15th floor because it allowed you to look down at the city. The patio was a welcomed surprise. And, the room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Thank you for holding our luggage until check-in.

Cons:

Everything was amazing for the one night at the hotel. I didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t comment.

Perfect location. Nice hotel. Very good onsen.
Pros:

The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the train station and a very good supermarket. The staff were very friendly, and the onsen was really nice. We had a great stay.

Cons:

Before our stay, we asked if the duck feather pillows and duvet could be replaced because of allergies. In the other hotels we stayed at in Japan, this was always arranged easily without any issues. Unfortunately, at this hotel we were told they could only remove the duvet and provide extra towels to use as pillows. As a result, we had to buy our own pillows from a local store, which was disappointing, especially as we stayed for 9 nights.

The duvet provided was for only one person and it was also quite small for an average European adult.

The hotel was also noisier than expected, and the air conditioner made dripping noises during the night.

This was the first hotel during our trip to Japan that left us disappointed.
