Semplicemente impeccabile
Pros:

Struttura stupenda con un bellissimo panorama dalla reception. Posizione fantastica, a pochissimi minuti dalla metro che ci permetteva di raggiungere tutto in pochissimo tempo. Ci tornerei assolutamente. Letti comodissime e stanze pulitissime e spaziose per gli standard Giapponesi. Lo consiglierei agli amici

Great Location
Pros:

Location was perfect along Yamanote Line. Convenient location with a Lawson store at the Hotel and a supermarket that is only 3 minutes walk.

Cons:

The room was dusty and carpet was not vacuumed until we requested it. The dustbin in the washroom was not cleared on the second day. It showed the carelessness of cleaning staff.

The laundry facility was helpful but only 2 machines for the whole hotel makes it almost impossible to use them. What makes it hard is that many guests use the 2 hour wash and dry for 2 hours. In other hotels, it makes better sense to have machines that washes and dry. Keep the washing to 35 mins and drying to 1 hour. I have also seen that some guests use both machines for wash/dry for 2 hours! The hotel has to put in more thoughts to managing this facility.

I had a comfortable stay, loved the onsen, but spent most of my time in other areas of Tokyo.
Pros:

I loved the onsen and the view from the 14th floor terrace. The complimentary coffee was great, too.
Our room was comfortable and clean and well appointed.

Cons:

Location was not as convenient as hoped to nightlife and tourist attractions.

A comfort place to stay.
Pros:

The hotel is easy to reach from the train station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The reception lobby is nice, with welcome drinks that make arrival pleasant. The staff are friendly and helpful, which made the stay comfortable.

Modernes Gebäude, tolle Lobby ganz oben und super Lage zur Station Gotanda, wo sich gleich 3 Bahnlinien kreuzen.

Cons:

Wo für Japan typisch wenig Plus fürs Gepäck.

buon hotel in un quartiere piacevole
Pros:

ben posizionato: 150 metri da stazione Yamanote e di altra linea metro. Molti ristoranti in zona. Onsen a disposizione (al 16° piano!). Camera di buone dimensioni. Pulito e confortevole.

Cons:

manca un servizio di self laundry
