Excellent stay - modern rooms in a good location
Pros:

Very good location, at a short walk from the Gotanda station. The rooms are reasonably sized for Tokyo, and modernly furnished. The staff was extremely professional, the breakfast was good and as a bonus, the view out of the reception was excellent too.

Väldigt trevligt område och bra läge.

Cons:

Bilderna på utomhuspoolen är vilseledande. Det är enbart på herrarnas spa man får den utsikten. Som kvinna får du stirra in i en betongvägg i utomhuspoolen och det finns inga fönster i inomhuspoolen.

Maybe just one night if you need a place
Pros:

The staff is really good and nice the roof top has a really good view.

Cons:

The elevators are extremely slow and often crowded. The beds are the most uncomfortable thing I sleep on in Japan. The bathroom feels like you stepped back into a 90s horror movie with some weird smell.

I liked it apart from the cleanliness aspect.
Pros:

Its location and the lookout and balcony on level 15 reception

Cons:

Our room was tiny for the price, but I would have rated higher except for three things. There was a massive hairball on the carpet by the bed and some long black hairs in the floor ridge of the bath. Also I picked up a hand towel to dry my hands and it stank. I had to rewash my hands twice and left it on the cleaners trolley the next morning. I’m not normally that squeamish, but I felt sick….

Location is superb! Has a nearby supermarket but convenience stores are not really nearby.
Pros:

Location is amazing. About 3 minutes walk to Gotanda station.

Cons:

I didn't really like that the reception is on the 15th floor instead of the ground floor. This makes the elevators really busy.
