Great location and the staff was friendly. The croissants in the morning were delicious and the water and coffee machine were great.
The Air Conditioner does not work! We traveled with another couple. Stayed on both ends of a cruise so two rooms for two nights July 9-11 and two different rooms for two more nights July 19-21. The rooms never got below 79. Told the staff and there was nothing they could do.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the location is second to none. Also the complimentary coffee and croissants was a wonderful touch
There was no soundproofing. It was very loud and hard to fall asleep. There was a family on my floor staying in multiple rooms and throughout the night they were walking back and forth to each other's rooms. I could hear the footsteps back and forth. I wouldn't say I'm a light sleeper however to hear the footsteps when they weren't even talking seemed pretty bad. I took a sleeping pill and was fine after that.
The staff tried there best and seem to generally care about our circumstances but all they could do was report it and tell us maintenance person would come the next day
We had three rooms with the understanding that we would have air condition in all the rooms which I verified before we left. one room had no air condition the first night and was told that someone would come the next evening unfortunately the room was stifling. The next room, my husband and me shared the air conditioning barely worked and dripped water inside the room by the door from the ceiling, where the air conditioning was, we had to put towels all over the floor. The third room there was no problem with the air conditioning. We did try to see if we could change our rooms, but they were completely booked. I think they should have a maintenance person that they could come and resolve this issue instead of making you wait till the next day. I also asked for some compensation for this and was told someone would get back with me as of yet no one has.

Ótima localização, próximo a estações de metrô e ponto do Aerobus, com muitos restaurantes e lojas na rua do hotel. Quarto espaçoso com ótima estrutura. Funcionários muito simpáticos e cordiais.
