Like the courtyard lounge area, the coffee machine and the friendly staff.
Clean, contemporary and friendly staff. Facilities were great and in good location to explore
Clean beds and towels. Really liked access to water fountain for refilling bottles. Liked the neighborhood, felt safe. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Air conditioning was not working, only had a fan. Not a good room setup for two people because the bathroom sink was not in the bathroom, was instead located in the bedroom.
Spacious, modern and very comfortable room. The en suite sun room is such a lovely addition.
The lounge and terrace area is wonderful and relaxing.
The hotel makes you feel at home and want to stay longer!

The location is in a relatively quiet neighborhood but still close to the center and public transport is easily accessible. There's also plenty of food options nearby. Staff is friendly and the rooms are kept nice and clean.
Rooms are rather small and a bit worn out, with only basic facilities. Considering the price per night, that feels a bit lopsided. (E.g. having a small fridge to keep water or drinks cool would already be appreciated)

Location is great! .Many local places to eat and have a drink..local vibe. Easy to walk many areas.
Praktik Garden has clean rooms, daily clean as well. Their garden terrace is peaceful to sit and have free coffee and muffin before we ventured out.

Nothing everything was perfect
Good location.
The room was incredibly cramped. There was no desk. The sink was in the room itself, and there was only one glass cup to either drink tap water from or place your toothbrush. The shower was constantly leaking onto the bathroom floor when used.
I guess it's passable if the only thing you do there is just spend the night. But feels more like a prison cell.
The value for money is atrocious, but hey I guess it's Barcelona for you these days!
Friendly staff.
Unfortunately, it was very noisy. I could hear people talking in their rooms on the opposite side of the hallway. There was also a lot of noise when other guests opened and closed their doors. It was disappointing not being able to sleep because of the noise.
The room was also very small, with barely any space to put luggage.
The sink and mirror were inside the room instead of in the bathroom, which was a bit impractical and it feels a bit more dirty.
Breakfast was not included despite the relatively high price for one night.

Got a little noisy at night when neighborhood neighbors were enjoying their night. Stopped about midnight.

Свет на этаже погасла через секунду после остановки движения. В темноте пришлось открывать номер. Карточка работает только если вставить стрелкой вниз. Из-за этого пришлось 2 раза ходить на ресепшен, чтобы попасть в номер. Не сказали об этом и в темноте не видно. Нет бутылки воды в номере. Балконная дверь требует окраски.
