部屋は綺麗に整えられている。

Cons:

洗面台の縁の裏がトイレに座ると見えるのですが、黒カビが見えて残念。
2日目にミネラルウオーターの補充が無かった。フロントに貰いにいかなければならなかった

Great experience thanks to hotel receptionist Aurora
Pros:

We paid for a standard twin room (two beds) via Agoda (a third-party service). When we checked into the hotel, a hotel receptionist informed us that Agoda had ordered a double room (one bed for two people) instead. She also said there were no standard twin rooms available that week (except for that night), which made us quite stressed out. Later that day, we checked in, expecting a one-night stay, but a new hotel receptionist, Aurora, said there were rooms reserved for emergency scenarios. She very kindly got us a standard twin room for that week. We are so grateful for her and really enjoyed our stay. The room was wonderful and the cleaning ladies did a wonderful job cleaning the room each morning.

The best hotel in Seoul. Great location to get food and shopping. Judy at the front desk is really helpful and welcoming. I would come to stay in this hotel again. ;)

Some of the Best Hotels I went to!
Pros:

It was a great experience! From the kind people at the front who helped explain everything to me and my family. They were super patient and polite. The one who helped us was Aurora! She asked my mom English or Chinese papers, since we were tourists. And the majority of my family was Chinese, super thoughtful and considerate of them to ask for which type of language we could get from the papers. I’d probably come again if I got the chance but we stayed for only one night. The bed was clean and tidy when we first arrived to our room. And the showers were spotless—sparking as if it was just cleaned! The TV in my room works well, and it was easy to use. The WiFi was also efficient, and fast!
Overall a great experience, and hopefully everybody else has a lovely experience like me, and my family <3

mattress very comfy and shower worked great!
Pros:

the room was quite small. Barely enough room for two suitcases and definitely not much space to spread out. BUT, the mattress was very comfy and the shower worked great and we were only here for two nights. The hotel is very near the metro system and has a HUGE underground mall at the COEX Center with a number of options of places to eat. Because of accessibility to the metro, it's easy to get to almost anywhere in the city, but it does take time to get to the touristy stuff north of the river. Price was affordable. It's a great urban location. Staff was always friendly and helpful
