Pros:

Местоположение, чистота, обслуживающий персонал и на ресепшн и уборка. На ресепшне ребята заселили на три часа раньше, учитывая что я ночь не спала, это было подарком. По уборке я в один день отказалась, а она мне в пакете оставила воду и полотенца у двери, очень приятно.

Cons:

Подушки чуток жесковаты для меня. Остальное все на отлично.

Nice Trip
Pros:

I've stayed at this hotel many times, and everything has always been wonderful. The decor is beautiful, and this time the front desk staff, Miss Aurora, was especially friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you, Glad, for providing me with such a delightful travel experience.

Location was ok. Cleanliness of the room was good. Bed and room were made/clean everyday. I appreciate it. Thank you!

Cons:

2 nights in a row where I had to call about cigarette smell. Staff were fast to respond and put air purifier in the hallway.

Pros:

Hotel is located on the corner of Line 2 삼성역/Samsung Station, Exit 1. So if you're travelling through Seoul and want a nice accessible hotel, this is a good location to stay in. The beds were comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Even if your Korean isn't great, they speak pretty good English to assist you with your questions.

Keep in mind that Gangnam/COEX area is more business-minded, and less touristy which is good to keep in mind for if you're travelling to Seoul and are hoping for quick and easy access to tourist activities.

Cons:

Honestly nothing to dislike about the hotel or the location. Staff and amenities served their purpose well.
