Un séjour très agréable
Pros:

Tres bel hôtel, avec un personnel très sympathique, serviable et efficace. Un grand merci à Veronica à l’accueil pour sa gentillesse, son sourire et son professionnalisme. Le restaurant était également très agréable, avec une cuisine de qualité. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour

Cons:

Seul petit bémol : il manque un peu de rangement, aussi bien dans la chambre que dans la salle de bain.

Cons:

Only small point is the dining room that could be kept with doors open in balcony when there are many guests, so to reduce the noise otherwise food was good and service, waiters very busy but always very kind!! Kudos

Overall good staying experience
Pros:

Panoramic, 180-degree views of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Being up in the hills means the air is fresh, quiet, and noticeably cooler than down in Sorrento.
The rooms and the entire property are spotlessly clean and well-maintained.
The seasonal outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by lush gardens, providing a highly relaxing environment.

Cons:

While the elevation provides great views, it is quite a winding drive up the mountain.
The air conditioning system was not working well and the room was not cool and comfortable enough due to temperature.
