Clean, good food, lovely staff especially Francesca in the restaurant!
Pros:

Lovely clean rooms, nice bathroom and the housekeeping service was excellent. Lovely view from the balcony of the sea (don't look around - it's a bit scruffy). The staff in the restaurant were lovely, especially Francesca who looked after us so well despite the heat. We were only half board but the snack bar was nice if a bit pricey and I don't agree with paying a supplement if you want to share a pizza. Seems a very silly rule as it put us off eating there.
The local town is a short walk down the hill which we enjoyed, and the Conad supermarket sold lovely little bottles of prosecco (3 for 5 euro) which I filled the mini fridge with.
We weren't too keen on Sorrento as it was a bit "samey" but the lemon sorbet in a lemon 🍋 was lovely and we found one for 8 euro. It was much more expensive in Amalfi but the cathedral was nice.
The staff in reception were a bit disinterested but I prefer that to being pestered.
The pool was small and all one depth (about chest height) which was great for adults but not really for kids.
The grass around the pool has ground burrowing bees in it. No-one told us this, and I think this is what the sliders in the rooms are for, but I didn't know and got stung within 10 minutes of arriving at the pool! It would have been nice to be warned!

A great stay
Pros:

A nice, modern hotel with cozy and clean rooms. They also offer a free shuttle to Sorrento, which was a pleasant surprise.

Cortesia alla reception ed in sala per la colazione

Cons:

formazione al personale giovane nell'accoglienza; nel caso specifico mi è stato fatto pesare l'aver ordinato al bar esterno un cappuccino freddo alle ore 10.30 del mattino; la giovane età del personale, nel caso specifico, non può essere la scusa per questo atteggiamento.

Fantastiskt läge i en by uppe i bergen.
Pros:

Mysig personal i receptionen som direkt kom ihåg namn. Fint poolområde och supermysiga små stugor där utemöbler och grill fanns.
