الموقع جميل بالقرب من سوق المباركية ومن حديقة الشهيد، وبالقرب منه الكثير من الخدمات والمطاعم بالإضافة لمحطة البترول القريبة، الغرف نظيفة، والحمام كذلك، يوجد ٤ مصاعد يؤدي لتقليص فترة الانتظار، كما أن هناك عدد كبير من الباركلت المخصصة للسيارات وهذا شيء جيد.

الغرفة الماستر كانت صغيرة من حيث المساحة، كما أن الحمام صغير بالخصوص جهة الاستحمام، السرير صغير جدا بالنسبة لشخصين للنوم فيه، غير أنه غير مريح تماما،
