Location was perfect, at the centre of the city. They gave us a room a little bit early, and we appreciated that. The room was comfortable and a little small, but nice. The only thing we didn't like was the TV. It was complicated to use, and we couldn't enjoy it. They give you a complimentary cup of wine and have a beautiful terrace in the back.

Firstly I must thank the staff ... i had absolutely no understanding of spanish and they were very kind and helpful and made me feel comfortable immideatly.. love the classy interiors, the little lounge and quiet terrace at the back. Location perfect with easy access. Safe in the night... staff kept a close eye when i taking a late night flight to ensure safety to the cab. Thanks praktik !
Missed reading no kettle in the room... which would have been nice for morning coffee in bed.
I had a great stay at this hotel! It looked exactly like the pictures, and the lobby has a beautiful atmosphere—it feels more like walking into a stylish wine bar than a typical hotel.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They also kept my luggage after check-out until it was time for me to head to the airport, which I really appreciated.
The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the main shopping area and very close to Casa Batlló, making it easy to explore the city.
The only downside was that my room window didn't have a blackout blind. The sun came in very early in the morning, so I woke up earlier than I wanted. Adding a blackout blind would make the rooms even more comfortable.
