Pros:

Excellent location right next to the shops and local beaches. Clean and well kept accommodation. Umbrellas, towels and lil chairs for the beach provided too. Excellent little touches by email upon arrival (links to all the best places to see and visit) and super responsive and friendly owners.

A very relaxing holiday!
Pros:

Beautiful apartment in lovely gardens. We were very comfortable in the apartment and having the air conditioning was great! Very convenient to shops for groceries, and for bars and restaurants. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Maria Assunta. We would love to come back.

Pros:

L’emplacement très pratique dans ce petit village de Sardaigne, près des plages et de la ville d’Olbia. Maria la gérante est au Topp très serviable et professionnel.

Cons:

La douche légèrement petite à notre goût.

Prix de l'hébergement correct. Agence de location (Differental) très peu fiable avec carte banque.
Pros:

Hébergement bien situé, assez près d'Olbia. Beauté de l'île. Eau propre. Gens serviable.

Cons:

Le manque de vaisselle dans l'appartement, 4 couverts pour 4 personnes. Le lave-vaisselle fonctionne à demi vide....

Pros:

Extrem sauber! Noch nie so eine sauberes Apartment gehabt. Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Nichts ausschlaggebendes, lediglich ein paar kleine Punkte: Küchenausstattung könnte etwas besser sein (Wasserkocher, Toaster, …). Bad verhältnismäßig klein, Dusche etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Everything was perfect, exactly as we agreed. It even exceeded our expectations.
I will start with staff, they were amazing! Not just to help you out with the booking, but also to help you to navigate around the city. We had really warm welcome, and they even borrowed us sun umbrella.
Room was clean and it had everything we need (and even more). It's in a perfect position, no worries about parking, supermarket (despar) is really close, and you can easily access to some really nice beach places. In the evening, you can take a walk for a dinner or just to enjoy walking by the sea.
Every recommendation from us, I would gladly return back with no hesitation.

Pros:

Apartamentul ok, AC in fiecare camera, paturi confortabile, lenjerie de calitate. Foarte buna comunicare cu Maria. Multumim foarte mult!

Cons:

As fi preferat un espresso cu capsule in locul aparatului moka si celui de facut cafea americana.
