お値段もリーズナブルなのでこんなもんかな？
Pros:

駐車場のお兄さんの対応が丁寧で良かった。
ベッドの硬さが良かった。
枕も2種類あった。

Cons:

アメニティのブラシがなかった。
お風呂の排水溝の流れが悪く、シャワーが足元に溜まっていた。
ユニットバスのドアの上に髪の毛が張り付いていた。
シャワーカーテンにカビが生えていた。
