Cons:

The cost of parking is too expensive. It was written in booking that it costs 15 euro, but for overnight it costs 25 euro

Excellent hotel!!
Pros:

We stayed at Heritage Grand Perast and had a perfect experience from beginning to end.
The room was beautiful, spotless, elegantly designed, and had a special atmosphere that made our stay truly luxurious and relaxing.
The service at the hotel was exceptional, especially from the reception manager, Miss Katarina, who was kind, professional, welcoming, and attentive to every little detail with a big smile and a genuine desire to help.
The breakfast was incredibly rich and well-prepared, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options — one of the best we have experienced.
The spa was also amazing, relaxing, and maintained to a very high standard.
Highly and warmly recommended to anyone looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and pampering vacation in Montenegro. We will definitely return again!

A really nice hotel
Pros:

This is the best location you could ask for in the Kotor Bay area! The service was good, and the rooms were absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend getting a room with a bay view. Also the breakfast is very very good.

Cons:

On our first day, a wedding caused a lot of noise and forced us to use the back entrance. The hotel really should warn guests about this ahead of time, but they did offer a very generous compensation for the inconvenience.
Also, prices at the restaurant are very very high.

Pros:

Lovely and helpful staff, stunning location with great views, great facilities. Spa therapist is amazing!!

Cons:

Inconsistencies with cleaning the room, sometimes wouldn't clear any dishes left, but came in to turn the bed . Would have been better to clean before 5pm , which is when you generally getting ready to go for dinner.
But were accommodating in terms of needing additional items for the room.

Our stay at the Heritage Grand in Perast was absolutely outstanding. Everything was on a very high level — the hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly maintained. The atmosphere, service, and overall experience exceeded our expectations.

The front desk team was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you for arranging a late check-out for us, which we really appreciated and which showed their genuine hospitality and flexibility.

We can highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Perast. A truly excellent experience from start to finish!

An awesome 5* hotel in an amazing waterfront medieval village
Pros:

Heritage Grand Perast is an amazing 5* property. It is located on the waterfront in Perast which is a tiny seafront village dating back to the 17th century which has been fully preserved. The hotel encompasses a well restored old pallazzo and two new wings build in the 17th centrury style. We had a sea view room in the old palazzo which was huge and arguably the best room we have been to over the last 5 years of travel. Guests can chose to have breakfast in the vaulted restaurant or right by the seafront where the hotel operates one more restaurant. The hotel also has its own beach club right in front. Staff are amazing and all speak fluent English. In short, this 5* asset has no faults at all (which is rare) and deserves every possible compliment.

Cons:

My only concern would be for guests selecting rooms with no sea view. Looking at the hotel's three buildings, it seems that some rooms may face very narrow medieveal streets which have no view and not much of a sun light. It may be worth checking with the hotel before you book a room with a no sea view category.

5 stars hotel that filled with soul & attentive, careful & very professional staff.
Pros:

A little gem hidden in unesco village! Away from the buzz of the daily life.
Supreme location!
Attentive, luxurious, cozy & welcoming!
The children left crying.
Augustin & Valentina has taken care of my family like we are the part of their family!
Ilja service of driving us back & forward always was careful and friendly!

Cons:

I would appreciate if the menu restaurant add an option champagne by the glass!

Pros:

Doesn’t get better than this. Off site parking & they pick you up in a golf cart. Stunning view from a fantastic room. Location is perfect. Highly recommend
