Spa facilities were clean and modern, the hotel was magnificent!
Riva Restaurant was poor value for money.
An sich ein schönes Gebäude, Blick auf das Meer (dazwischen jedoch die Straße also nicht direekt am Meer)
Das Bett war so hart dass als Seitenschläfer mir der Arm eingeschlafen ist
Der Pool ist direkt neben der (Spaziergänger) Straße mit zwar einer Trennwand aber dennoch nur halb idyllisch
Schlechte Kommunikation wo man parken kann, es wurde zwar ein link gesendet aber dabei stand „link removed“. Als ich mehrmals angerufen hatte war es eine erst eine schlechte Kommunikation wo man denn genau parken soll. Man kann nicht direkt mit dem Auto zum Hotel sondern zu einem Parkplatz wo man mit einem Golf Car abgeholt wird.
Frühstück wär 5 Sterne recht Überschaulich, auf den bestellten Frühstück Cappucino (den man sich nicht selber machen kann) mussten wir 20-30min warten..
Die Cocktails am Pool waren leider auch eher auf 3 oder 4 Sterne Niveau..

Grote kamers, schoon, goede airco en fijne spa faciliteiten. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en luxe, je kon kiezen waar je wilde ontbijten, binnen; op het plein of aan het water. En het hotel wat op een prachtige locatie, waanzinnig!
Je moest lang wachten op je koffie bij het ontbijt, dat oogde wat chaotisch. Voor een fles still water betaalde je 6,60 euro. Prijzen (zoals een massage) waren aan de hoge kant en worden nog verhoogd met een servicecharge.

The most beautiful hotel in Perast. Absolutely stunning with a view to die for. Everything about this Hotel was faultless. A taste of sheer luxury and impeccable in every way. Fantastic breakfast buffet and a choice of made to order hot dishes served by the waters edge. We had Room 2202 on the 2nd floor with a sea view to die for, the beauty of this place really takes your breath away. All of the Staff were excellent, they just couldn't do enough for you. Stunning Spa area and immaculate indoor pool - I recommend the massages! The Exterior of the hotel is like a fairytale, the outdoor terrace seating/bar/ breakfast area and also the Sundeck/pool area with the most beautiful swimming pool right on the waters edge. We were so sad to leave this place after 3 amazing nights in beautiful Perast . Do not hesitate to book this Hotel for an experience you'll never forget. It's out of this world.

Achei longe do estacionamento, aí tinha que chamar alguém pra buscar, principalmente quando chegamos com as malas.
The property is in a great location on the waterfront and we enjoyed use of the pools and sun deck. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Everywhere was very clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We ate in the restaurants which were excellent as was the buffet breakfast.

Magnifique hôtel moderne, les pieds dans l’eau, avec une magnifique piscine. Nous avions une chambre avec vue mer. Piscine et mer privée vraiment au top. Les restaurants de l’hôtel sont exceptionnels, le petit-déjeuner est très sympa et le personnel est à l’écoute et vraiment au top.
Le spa est génial, avec sauna. Une petite voiturette de golf est disponible à l’entrée de Perast pour vous emmener à l’hôtel.
Franchement, un site parfait, un hôtel magique ! Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce magnifique séjour.
Понравилось все: просторный номер с роскошным видом на залив, большой выбор блюд на завтраке, отдельный пляж с удобным входом в море.
Отдельное спасибо сотрудникам ресепшен. Наш вылет задержали на 6 часов и отель любезно позволил вернуться нам в номер и остаться там до 16-00, после то как мы приезали обратно из аэропорта.
Вайфай в номере работает с перебоями.
This hotel is a real mix. The outside is fantastic, once there, it is in a great location . It was sold as a 5 star rating. Having to wait for transport to get to the hotel , as cars not allowed down the main Street, with luggage in the heat even though we had rung and said we were 10 mins away didn't feel 5 star. The room was clean but very basic. Then our ceiling above the shower had black mould .. The room turn down service and cleaning was not consistent . The breakfast was... ok, but we had to ask for the menu and if you want tea...make it yourself. Coffee you can have but don't dare ask for another . Some staff were really great, friendly and helpful but some made you feel like you were disturbing them.. if we hadn't been sold it was 5 star it would have been better. The spa was very good and helpful.
