We enjoyed the convenience location and the facilities but didn't like the noisy music after 10pm.
Pros:

The location was good, close to the South Melbourne Markets and easy to commute to via train and tram.

Cons:

The noise of the music which went to 12:30am one night. This was the most disappointing factor of our stay and we would not stay at this venue again because if it.

The beds were comfortable and good pillows

Cons:

Second room was very musty, the bathroom door in first bathroom didn’t close, needed a hook near shower for towel, no soap container. Rooms need update. Staff shouldn’t greet people stinking of cigarettes

This was truly the worst hotel experience I have ever had. After taking a shower, I found the entire bathroom flooded, with water even leaking into the living area. It was obvious that the drain had not been cleaned, which is completely unacceptable hygiene.To make matters worse, this happened at 11:00 PM. We were exhausted but had to assist in cleaning up the mess ourselves, otherwise, we wouldn't have been able to use the bathroom at all. This caused significant stress and ruined our stay. I expect better maintenance and service.
