Excellent supportive staff, neat and clean facility with nice fooding....had some medical requirement which staff promptly responded which was beyond our expectations....special mention to front desk staff Rohit and Mamta for their promptness and apathetic approcah towards guest...keep it up ..

Help Faucet of Room no.404 was damaged and due to that my colleague finger was cut,I had conveyed it to reception as well.
Secondly AC was not working properly if temperature is set higher than 20* .

The hotel is very good the food was very delecious they have really good rooms and feels very cozy and comfortable i definetly recommend you to come to fortune amd not go thr other hotels like hyaat and yashail. No one can beat the service of this hotel the staff are very helpful,kind and very polite 5 stars from my side its value for money the location is great and its very silient area they provide snacks and drinks in the fridge
