Great location. Very friendly staff. Good space, lovely balcony.

Cons:

The living room furniture could do with an update. A small 2 person sofa and 1 chair.The combo washer dryer is hopeless 6 +hours to do a wash!

Great value. Excellent accommodation, clean and modern
Pros:

* excellent location and very close to the Mater Hospital, Southbank (15 min walk) and public transport
* huge studio class room with kitchenette. It includes a dishwasher, microwave and cooktop..with plenty of crockery and utensils.
* Comfortable bed and good pillows
* fluffy thick towels
* light and bright room with wind-out windows
* stunning rooftop views from outside seating area that includes shade, and a chilled water drinking fountain - this space is great for families
* secure underground parking
* sparkling clean and modern
* excellent value for money
* friendly staff

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. Everything was excellent and we will book again for our next Brisbane stay

Wonderful experience, will absolutely be back!
Pros:

The view was amazing! I didnt realise when I booked it was the penthouse which was perfect because we stayed there the night before my daughters surgery, something a little special for her. The staff at reception were absolutely lovely! So polite and thoughtful when telling them why we were staying there. It was just perfect. And the rooftop, stunning at night

Fabulous
Pros:

Close to trains, buses, pubs, cafes , the river and the city. Room was spacious and well equipped. The staff were fantastic and very welcoming. There was nothing to dislike. Beds were comfy. I would choose the accommodation again.

Cons:

I would have like a softer, squishier pillow. Everything else was perfect
