Fabulous well appointed hotel close to the Old Town with a lovely pool area
Pros:

Wonderful hotel with spacious, well equipped rooms. The staff are so attentive and helpful in terms of recommendations, organizing tours, and even our laundry. The breakfast was a decent and varied spread. The pool area is large and really fantastic, which is hard to find close to the Old Town (which was about 7 mins to walk). The hotel is right next door to a bank, so finding an ATM was easy! We had a complimentary one way trip to or from the airport which was great. There is also a daily shuttle to An Bang Beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Our view wasn’t fantastic, but I understand the hotel can’t control that. The rooms that overlooked the pool area would have been better.

Utrolig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personal. Maks uheldig med lukt på rommet.
Pros:

Bra frokost. Fint basseng. Utrolig hyggelig personale. Gjør sitt beste for å hjelpe til. Vi hadde uflaks med lukt på rommet.

Cons:

Første rommet vi fikk lukte urin. Sa fra og rengjøringen sprøytet en flaske parfyme for å skjule lukten. Med en følsomt nese klarte ikke å sove i rommet. Det ble for kraftig lukt med parfyme. Fikk allergi reaksjon og nøs ustoppelig. Holdt ut gjennom første natta og fikk hodepine etter natten. Måtte sove alene neste natt i et alternativ enkelt rom, før et annet familie rom ble ledig for bytting. Kona og 2 jentebarn klemte sammen i et annet rom i en dobbel seng for å komme oss gjennom andre natten før vi kunne bytte til et annet familie connection rom 3. natten. Totalt overnattet vi 4 netter. Altså problem 50% av nettene 😔

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, lots of options. Location was close to everything. Hilary at the reception was so helpful. Always a smile, she is the best. Happy with the stay and definitely will come back again if we visit Hoi An.

Wonderful hotel, well located and fantastic staff and facilities
Pros:

The hotel is excellent, great staff who are very friendly, helpful and all have excellent english which is very impressive.
The restaurant is very good and the range of food and drinks is also excellent.
We enjoyed the pool and the pool drink and food service. The hotel is in a very good location for all the Hoi An areas,
Room was very comfortable and well set out.
All staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome. We appreciated the care and attention from all the staff. To note Nancy, Andrew, Wynter and Bonnie were all wonderful as were all the staff but I cant remember all their names. The staff are a credit to the hotel atmosphere and made our staff fantastic.

Cons:

There wasnt anything we didnt like. I cant think of any improvements - everything was excellent.

Amazing boutique hotel close to the Old Town
Pros:

Allegro Hoi An Hotel is truly marvelous. From the moment we stepped into the elegant and beautiful lobby, we felt warmly welcomed. The lobby area and the décor throughout the property were very elegant and stylish.
The welcome drink with a little dessert was a lovely touch, and when we arrived at our room, we were delighted by how clean, comfortable, and well-appointed it was. A bowl of fresh fruit waiting on the table made us feel especially welcome.
Throughout our stay, the staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful, always ensuring that we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.
The buffet breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of traditional Vietnamese dishes, other Asian specialties, Western options, and fresh fruit. Everything was well presented, and enjoying breakfast in the hotel's beautiful restaurant made the experience even more pleasant.
The outdoor pool was very nice and clean. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to and from the beach, which was convenient and easy to use.
Overall, our stay at Allegro Hoi An Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An and would happily stay there again.

Beautiful stay in Hoi An!
Pros:

Wonderful hottel and staff especially Sophie
Pros:

We were greeted by staff member Sophie when we arrived who asked us wat we wanted too do while we were there, she arranged a couple of trips for us and was there to see us off and street us on our return.
The hotel rooms were immaculate, and we'll serviced twice a day. There's complimentary fruit, too.
There is plenty to choose from breakfast with is high quality.
The pool is also very good, with towels and beds.
A special shout out to Sophie, who looked after me when I was ill. She arranged an appointment as soon as I asked and came with me to the doctors. On our return, she explained I could use room service, which was brilliant. She checked with my friends how I was doing and was there to greet me at breakfast the following morning pleased I was so much better.
I cannot thank her enough for her help and support. She really is a star.

Wonderful stay at the Allegro Hoi An
Pros:

The staff were amazing, especially Sophie who really looked after us. The rooms were beautiful, breakfast buffet amazing and the hotel was in a great location. We would definitely stay the Allegro Hoi An again.
