Beautiful place, we were extremely well looked after!
Pros:

Honestly can’t fault it! Beautiful space & amenities and perfect location, 5-10min walk away from the hustle and bustle of old town.
Breakfast & restaurant for dinner both fantastic. Poolside was enjoyable, and the spa treatments & staff were 10/10. Highly recommend.

Great hotel, noisy at times internally.

Great staff, good location, very clean and great spacious room.

Cons:

The property was noisy internally, you could hear every door shut, conversations in the hallway and sounds from all rooms below, above and beside.
This was a shame, because the hotel overall was great.

Fantastic property, beach club, bike hire and pool all made our stay memorable, staff were amazing
Pros:

Fantastic hotel, great location, short walk into town.
Free shuttle to the beach and free beach club a real bonus, free bike hire to explore the town.
Breakfast was delicious and all the staff were outstanding. Spa facilities excellent and pool great.

良いホテルで静かに過ごせました
Pros:

5つ星ホテルの中では場所が良いと思います。旧市街へ歩いて行けます。名前の通りホテル自体は大きくはないので、ロビーなんかは小さめです。ゆったりしたホテルがお好きなら大きいホテルに泊まって、旧市街地にはGrabで行ってもいいかもです。
朝ごはんが美味しかった。特にサラダが美味しかった。
利用していませんが、ビーチに提携のホテル？かカフェがあるようで、シャトルバスが出てました。
バスタブのあるお部屋が良くて選びました。お部屋も広くて綺麗でした。

Cons:

あくまで5つ星に対する期待値に対してですが、フロントに人が多い割に忙しそうでした。

The hotel is lovely, the staff are exceptional, so attentive. The rooms were lovely. It is only a 10 minute walk to the river. I had the best massage in the spa.

Excellent séjour à l’Allegro Hoi An ! Hôtel idéalement situé, au calme tout en étant à quelques minutes de la vieille ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses, élégantes et très confortables.

Nous avons adoré le petit déjeuner, la piscine et surtout la gentillesse du personnel, toujours souriant et attentionné.

Une très belle adresse à Hoi An que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Excellent breakfast! Exceptional customer service, we had a problem with the shower in our room the first night, and they fixed it while we were out for dinner. Next morning 3 of the staff came to ask about the shower and offered to change the room if the problem wasn’t fixed properly.

Cons:

One tip: a lemongrass diffuser in the room will help to keep the mosquitoes away
