Sophie at reception was excellent. She was very helpful with booking our tours and restaurants and ensured that our dietary requirements were attended to.
Breakfast can be more inclusive for muslims and vegetarians.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and our suite was well set up for our family. The location is perfect- close to old town but nice and quiet. The hotel staff (especially Sophie) took very good care of our family.
Very well appointed, clean room in a good location close to the old city. Staff was very kind and thoughtful, breakfast had many choices and well done. Wonderful stay!
There was some construction near the hotel, hopefully this is done soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Allegro Hotel from beginning to end. The service was absolutely perfect throughout our entire stay.
A special thank you to Minh, who took such great care of us. She was always kind, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. In fact, the entire team was amazing—everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay unforgettable.
The spa team was also fantastic, and we truly enjoyed the experience. The massage recommendations were excellent and exceeded our expectations.
The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Our room was always spotless, comfortable, and perfectly maintained.

Being there about end of 2025 and again in March 2026 was still the most comfortable stay I've experienced in my 34 years of traveling S.E .Asia! Here's why! It all starts at the top with the Manager Mr. Andrew! Met him for the first time and observed him! He's ever present, laid back and very observant! Pleasant man easy to talk with. His hotel or rather all the staffs hotel, as they are all invested in giving quality care and the utmost professionalism! The hotel, as many stated, is well thought out, beautifully designed, and has that HOI AN cultural feel! You walk in, even the first time, and you feel right at home! There is no fake smiles, you welcomed with genuine smiles. The Management with Ruby, Nancy are true professionals who are business orientated but there really helpful and kind! They always asked, " Hi, Mike how are you anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable"? I told of Ruby months ago about a possible improvement to my room! Following visit it was taken care of! Nancy also greeted me at the breakfast room just to see how I was doing as she with all the customers! There are several greeters in the breakfast room whose duty was just to visit with breakfast customers. Now who does that? The front desk staff with Sam, Katie, Tapie, Min always were had a genuine smile and had all the questions answered. Then there is Sophie such a personality very sharp, professional but had an easy way about her! Always helpful with about anything! The bellmen Tom and Brian have an easy way about them and helpful! The cleaning staff do all they can to help you and anything you need just ask! Other great points: The rooms are laid out for comfort, culturally designed and the beds are comfortable. Have to mention the buffet breakfast!! The 2 chefs that make up the menus get together and plan the meals~ It changes Daily. I was there 12 days! You can tell it was prepared by chefs! Thanks to ALL i ll be back March 2027 to celebrate my 80th year in comfort at home!
Location is amazing! The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet had so many different options of food and tasted so fresh and delicious. The hotel manager Andrew went above and beyond with everything. Thank you for having us! Will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Allegro. The service was top notch, they provided a personal transfer from Da Nang Train Station and even made my birthday extra special. They all knew us on a personal level and always enquired on how they could make our stay better. We loved the close proximity within the Old town and within great food and restaurant offerings.
The pool temperature could be a bit colder - but we understand that it’s a very hot time of year!
