A perfect stay in Hoi An
Pros:

Allegro was a fantastic place to stay. We found this hotel to be in a perfect location away from the hustle and bustle and only a 10min walk.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the staff exceptional. A great pool too. They have a complimentary shuttle bus that can take you to the beach with their own private lounge chairs and umbrellas to use. We will return to Allegro when visiting Hoi An again.

A memorable stay.
Pros:

The staff were incredible friendly and helpful in every way. The breakfast selection was fantastic, something for everyone. The bed was really comfortable, very much welcomed after hours of exploring HoiAn and the surroundings.
I definitely recommend this hotel. Our room was very quiet, great for a good night sleep. I also took up the one on one lantern making class, great souvenir to remind me of HoiAn.

Nothing, everything was super.

The staff for being both professional and friendly.

Cons:

The lack of soundproofing between guest rooms. Conversations, plumbing and light switches clicking are all audible.
The soundproofing in the hotel description applies only to the external road side.

Traumhaft
Pros:

Das Hotel ist traumhaft. Das Personal ist super freundlich, liebevoll und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer sehr grosszügig und sauber. Das Essen (Frühstück und Restaurant) war mit Abstand das Beste, was wir in Vietnam gegessen haben. Danke Jelena und Anna und dem gesamten Team für die tolle Erfahrung. Der Pool ist ebenfalls gross und sauber. Am Strand sind Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Ein Bus fährt direkt zum Strand, Tücher erhält man vom Hotel. Auch das Personal dort war unglaublich freundlich.

100% recommend
Pros:

Really hard to fault this place. All members of staff were lovely (Sophie especially - a nice touch checking in with people at breakfast). The room was enormous and had everything you need. Only ate in for breakfast but it had a huge selection. We used the spa too which was great. Location very close to central Hoi An. Free shuttle to the local beach a nice touch.
