Great location - on the edge of the Old Town but slightly away from the busyness.
Pros:

Staff were exceptional - Sophie gave us the warmest welcome and fantastic recommendations for places to eat during our stay.

Cons:

Nothing negative to say - lovely decor, nice boutique feel, delicious breakfast.

Brilliant, would stay there there again
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. Rooms were very spacious and exceptionally clean. Buffet breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices. Staff were very helpful.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Very good location, everything can be reached by foot. Big pool with a lot of free sunbeds.

Cons:

It‘s advertised as 5 star on booking.com but it‘s rather a good 4 star hotel. We got an awful room facing the wall of another building, so it was super dark. Breakfast quality is just ok with limited Western choices. Gym is quite old and doesn‘t have a proper bench to do weight training.

Allegro - great staff and a perfect location!
Pros:

The staff were absolutely amazing, especially Sophie who made us feel extremely comfortable and welcome.

Cons:

Hoi An was experiencing a heat wave at the time, and the pool became more like a hot tub than a comfortable relief from the heat.

Lovely beautiful hotel
Pros:

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Allegro Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and exceptionally helpful throughout my stay.

The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, with amazing attention to detail in every aspect. The accommodations were comfortable and beautifully maintained, and I truly felt looked after from start to finish.

One thing that really stood out was how accommodating the hotel was with dietary needs. We are vegan and gluten-free, and the staff made a genuine effort to ensure we had delicious options every morning. They prepared wonderful vegan breakfasts and even made me a gluten-free cake for breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. Their care and thoughtfulness made a huge difference and were greatly appreciated.

The amenities were excellent. I especially enjoyed the lovely pool, the well-equipped gym, and the complimentary bicycles, which were a fantastic bonus.

What made this stay truly special was the staff. They were warm, kind, and incredibly helpful at every turn. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and their dedication to guest comfort was evident in everything they did.

I honestly cannot think of a single negative thing to say. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I loved every minute of my stay. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Allegro Hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Wonderful stay and great location
Pros:

Wonderful hotel in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere we want and it was in a location that wasn't loud at night. Clean, exceptional staff. Fantastic breakfast. Helped us arrange excursions and Coconut Boat ride. We used the free shuttle to An Bang Beach. Would stay again

A very cosy and luxury hotel!
Pros:

De locatie is perfect, je loopt zo het oude centrum in. Het hotel zelf is prachtig en ook al heeft het best wat kamers, het voelt heel knus en boutique! In het restaurant kunt je heerlijk dineren, we hebben zo lekker gegeten! De medewerkers zijn super vriendelijk en doen alles voor je!

A wonderful stay in a boutique hotel offering a perfect environment to do as much or as little as you want with an excel
Pros:

Andrew the GM and his wonderful staff in particular Sam, Nancy and Sophie made us so welcome and part of the extended Allegro family. Nothing was to much trouble and they went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were satisfied.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike, unless you don’t like relaxing and being pampered.
