Great Stay!
Pros:

Great hotel with a very spacious king-size bed. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast was good, although the selection was slightly limited compared with other hotels I’ve stayed at. That was my only criticism; otherwise, it was a perfect experience.

Pros:

Great hotel with very helpful, welcoming staff. Area is a bit boring compared to a lot of Tokyo but it's good for transport, which was great for us. Rooms are small but that's Tokyo!

We stayed in Tokyo for 4 days total. Staff treated us immediately and helped check in and check out. Never had to worry
Pros:

Love the location, the very friendly staff and the amenities were great. The free waters and room service was a huge plus not to mention the included breakfast.

Hôtel loin d'un 4 étoiles. A 30 minutes à pied avec les valises de la ligne yamanote. Les photos ne reflètent pas la réalité : hall d'accueil très petit, aucun salon pour faire attendre les clients lors de l'enregistrement, taille de notre chambre plus petite que sur les photos, vue sur un axe routier, plafond très bas et le pire la salle de bain sommaire, intégrée en plastique. Hôtel le moins bien de notre voyage au Japon, adresse à fuir.

Easy access and good location close to Tokyo grand station

Cons:

As no triple rooms were available, I booked two double rooms, assuming that my teenage son would stay on his own in the adjacent room.

Despite the fact that the entire reservation was made in my name and I had paid for both rooms, the reception staff initially refused to provide me with an access card to my underage son’s room, explaining that their policy allows only one card per guest.

I found this very surprising and inconvenient. As the parent and the person responsible for both the booking and the payment, I expected to have access to the room occupied by my minor child. I eventually had to argue with the reception staff and insist quite firmly before an additional key card was provided.

Unfortunately, this happened on our very first day in Japan and made our arrival unnecessarily stressful and unpleasant, as I certainly did not expect to begin our stay by having to dispute such a basic issue with the reception staff.
