Very clean. Good location.

Cons:

Only 2 elevators that get very crowded and had to wait 10 mins in the morning to go down. Asked about stairs and was not allowed to use them if not on an emergency. Quite pricey breakfast but little offer.

Overall, very comfortable hotel, nice staff. The small room had everything we needed, great Wifi. Had a little snack bar and good vending machines.

Wonderful 4 night stay!
Pros:

Very welcoming, friendly and attentive staff. Always had a smile on their face and was always willing to help us. Short walk to the station.

Cons:

Laundry can be a bit of an issue but it wouldn't be an issue at all if other guests would be punctual with their laundry. The staff is not at fault at all regarding this.

Great location and quiet area.
Pros:

The location is great if you want a quieter area after traveling all day.Tokyo station is also nearby and there are good restaurants close by, even a 7 Eleven just around the corner.

Cons:

Only thing would be close by the highway and on weekends the car get loud. But the rooms are well isolated.
