Very baby friendly. Best location I could possibly ask for and pretty roomy, which is rare in Tokyo.
Everything especially the ambience and the fast action by the staff.

From the moment we walked in the door the Front Desk Team genuinely wanted my families stay here to be fun and memorable. The service from the team was absolutely first rate.
Hotel/Apartment:
- 6 nights for a family of 4, being my wife and I along with our 8-and 5-year-old daughters.
- We stayed in a Japanese-Western-Style room, which was plenty big enough for the 4 of us and our luggage.
- Facilities included a deep bath and a nice consistent shower.
- In-room kitchen facilities included a microwave, stove top, kettle and fridge, along with sufficient quantity of pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups and glasses.
- Daily kid specific actives, such as "spot the difference" in the hotel lobby.
- Nice rooftop view with some seating.
Great Location:
- About a 5 min walk from 'Akasaka' station (currently themed as the 'Harry Potter Station')
- About 10mins from 'Tokyo Mid Town' station
- Plenty of local eating options
- 7-11 & Lawsons convivence stores right across the road
- This is a higher-class area of Tokyo, not a typical "tourist trap" type area.
- Hinokicho Park is 10mins away (next to Tokyo Midtown Station) and is lovely to visit and surprisingly peaceful.
More Details:
- The kids loved the room, in particular the tatami mat and deep bath.
- The mini events in the lead up to Children's Day (May 5th) where entertaining, and had my girls exploring the lobby and rooftop.
- Staff are super friendly and helpful.
There are a couple of key interactions and experiences with the Front desk team that I'd like to highlight:
- I was greeted by name as I walked through the door the first time, even before I checked-in! That was amazing.
- Recommending local restaurants based on the types of food we wanted to try.
- Really positive interactions with our 2 children, including telling them about the daily/weekly activates available in the hotel.
Not a huge amount of area's to improve. The biggest challenge is that the lobby can become crowded with luggage. This is a physical space limitation of the lobby. I'm unsure if there is a possibility of having a separate luggage/store room.
