Good hotel overall
Pros:

It was a good comfortable place. All basic amenities were provided. Breakfast was very good, location was also nice to roam around the market. Their restaurant Pizza Marie is also good.

Cons:

The windows are huge, and have no safety grills. They should consider it specially for families with kids. Instead of making the customer sign the responsibility note that hotel is not responsible for any accident that may happen. This is not a good practice in hospitality industry.

Too much smoke in the corridors.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber und die Betten waren sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück gefiel mir sehr gut. Es war lecker vor allem die getrockneten Tomaten im Olivenöl sehr lecker.

Cons:

Wir haben ein großes Familien Suite gebucht für die ganze Familie, damit wir zusammen bleiben. An der Rezeption wurde uns dies verwehrt und stattdessen ein Zimmer angedreht, da wir 2 Personen zu viel waren. Nach der Buchung auf booking hatte ich dem Hotel mitgeteilt ob alles okay ist und wir in einem Zimmer Familien Suite untergebracht werden können. Es kam keine Ablehnung. Aber vor Ort kam es leider zu einem nicht schönen Schlagabtausch zwischen dem Mitarbeiter und uns. Der Hotelbesitzer war vor Ort und hätte die Angelegenheit freundlich mit uns persönlich klären können. Nein, stattdessen werden wir von dem unverschämten Mitarbeiter verbal angegriffen. Es war das letzte mal in diesem Hotel.

We will come back again.
Pros:

We had a lovely stay. The hotel was clean, rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

Cons:

The only downside was the location, as the main tourist areas were around 20–25 minutes away by taxi, which could cost around 450 lira. However, there is a high street right behind the hotel with plenty of restaurants and shops, which was very convenient.

Pros:

Хороший завтрак, но однообразный. Номер чистый, большой.

Cons:

При заселении пытались дать номер без окна. В бронировании нет информации про отсутствие окна. Просили доплату за номер лучше, в итоге заселили в нормальный номер без доплаты.
Спа работает с 12 до 18. Очень не удобный график.

The location was far from from everything, we spend a lot on public transport

Clean and tidy

Cons:

The location is good, but the streets leading to the hotel are dangerous and difficult to access, especially for children and elderly people.

Also, they promised that a late check-out of 1–3 hours would be free of charge, but they charged us for a full extra day instead.

The location wasn't so good. In an under average area
