Goed standaardhotel in leuke buurt centraal in Tokyo
Pros:

Leuke omgeving met veel restaurants en een parkje met Tadao Ando museum. Wel druk dus voor eten tijdig reserveren. OV om de hoek en het zit heel centraal.

Cons:

Standaard kamer is heel klein. Verder heb faciliteiten. Maar dat hoort ook bij de prijs

Sehr schöne Lage, sehr sauberes Zimmer
Pros:

Gutes (recht kompaktes) Zimmer auf Tokyo-Standard, allerdings leider ohne Möglichkeit, Gepäck unterm Bett zu verstauen.
Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal mit guten Englischkenntnissen. Hotel hat alle notwendigen Einrichtungen (Waschmaschine, Trockner, Mikrowelle usw.). Sauberkeit top, Zimmer ruhig. Irish Pub und Konbini direkt in der kleinen Straße vor dem Haus.

Pros:

En muy buena zona, al lado del metro y del bus. La habitación es pequeña pero como todos los hoteles de Tokio y además te acostumbras. Todo muy limpio, nos cambiaban las toallas cada día y nos limpiaron la habitación 1 día de los 5 que estuvimos.

It was very clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised since the area is known for being a bit seedy. The hotel seemed like it had been recently renovated, and the bathroom especially seemed very modern and new.

Cons:

The room was very small, with little space to move around. However, this is the case with almost all hotels in Tokyo.

That being said though, the bathroom was so cramped that it was difficult to wash my face in the sink because I had to keep my arms tucked in by my sides to avoid hitting the wall on one side and the glass shower stall on the other. The sink also took up the entire counter area, so there was nowhere to set anything down. It seemed like it had been renovated from a unit bath, and while I appreciate what they tried to do, it made the space pretty cramped.

六本木ヒルズ方面で用事がある場合、格段にアクセスがよくコンビニが近い。

No value for the money you pay, would not recommend!
Pros:

It was my 4th accommodation in Japan and second in Tokyo and to be honest the worst. Their room size was very small, and the check out time was too early at 10 AM. I have never experienced such an early check out time. All other properties in Japan had check out time at 11 AM. I think the management should start to focus on good service and satisfaction rather than too much profit orientations.

Cons:

Check out time, extremely small rooms and much higher prices compared to the value they provide.
