Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass nachts aus der Klimaanlage Zigarettenrauch kam. Am Anfang war ich etwas schockiert. Da gegenüber gleich zwei Nachtklubs waren, von denen hat man aber nichts mitbekommen und tagsüber sind die gar nicht aufgefallen. Ich hatte extra mitgeteilt, dass wir kurzfristig nur zu zweit statt zu dritt anreisen, das dritte Bett war allerdings auch gemacht d.h. das Sofa war ausgezogen. So hätten wir auch auf dem Sofa sitzen können.

Internet is very slow

we arrived very late, I asked couple of questions and our room was extremely small, they gave forgotten baby crib and they arranged afterwards( wasn’t even a bed, it was a bed cover placed on it) there was no space in the room even to move, which they have excepted our request with two kids(one is baby) room was dirty, bathroom was old and black mold was everywhere. Wouldn’t stay there again. Staff was kind and helpful but they said there is no other room. It felt like a passage hotel like taverna vibe.

Some fixtures were a little tired and needs a bit of TLC.

Overall, it was a very poor experience.
We had booked a triple room with three single beds, but instead we were given a room with one double bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, as it was just a convertible sofa with a noticeable fold in the middle that caused back pain. It made for a very bad night’s sleep.
Regarding parking, when we arrived and unloaded our luggage, we asked where we should park the car and were told that leaving it directly in front of the hotel on the street was fine. Later, after going out to explore the city and returning around 10 p.m., there were no parking spaces available in front of the hotel anymore.
We then asked reception about the parking area that was advertised as included. A staff member told us to park the car partially on the sidewalk and leave the keys with them, as they would move the car during the night. However, as this was a rental car, we were not comfortable leaving the keys with someone to move it, since we could be held responsible for any damage by the rental company, and we were not even told where the car would be moved to. In the end, we had to drive around looking for parking and left the car about 100 meters down the street, which raised concerns about theft or damage.
Finally, when checking out, after handing in the key card and stating we were checking out, and after loading our luggage into the car, a staff member who barely spoke English came after us, asked us to wait, requested the card again, and asked about “mini bar, mini bar” as if trying to check whether we had consumed anything from the minibar. The communication was very unclear and unprofessional. I had to go back to the reception and tell the receptionist that I had already handed in the card and that I had not consumed anything from the minibar.

Für eine Suite, ein sehr kleines Bad und von der Qualität der Ausstattung/Möbel im Zimmer max. 3 Sterne! Hellhörig (laute Dusch-und Spülgeräusche der Toilette) vom Neben-und vom Zimmer darüber! Für Leute die geschäftlich unterwegs sind eher ungeeignet (keine vernünftige Schreib-und Sitzmöglichkeit). Ein Tip an die Herren der Rezeption… Freundlichkeit ist die Visitenkarte eines Hotels ;-

İm Bad war ein unangenehmes Geruch und alles was im Kühlschrank waren sehr teuer. Ein kleiner Wasserflasche hat 3,-€ gekostet.

The reception desk just had one person and he did not really speak much English and was not able to help much - no concierge

-Personal an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich, wir wurden beim Check in nicht einmal gegrüßt.
-uns wurde die Rechnung vorgelegt mit 35€ mehr für das Zimmer als wir eigentlich über booking gebucht hatten, dies habe ich ändern lassen. Dann habe ich bar bezahlt und man sagte mir sie hätten keine € zum zurückgeben, allerdings habe ich den Gegenwert auch nxiit in Lira zurück bekommen. Es waren 5€ aber td gebe ich Trinkgeld wenn ich möchte und lasse es mir einfach nehmen. Ich habe nichts gesagt weil ich nicht diskutieren wollte. Eine Rechnung habe ich aber auch nicht bekommen. Beim Check in dann meinte die Dame an der Rezeption dass wir nicht gezahlt hätten und erst als ich meinte doch, in bar in €, meinte sie „Ach ja, sie haben recht“.
-der Concierge hat mit den Augen gerollt als wir das Auto abgegeben haben und ca 30 min später wieder haben wollten, whs weil er es erst in die Garage gefahren hat .
