Не се спазват повечето правила на басейните.
Пуши се и се тръскат цигари на пода, вятъра го носи в басейна и джакузито. Джакузито е превърнато в детски басейн (а пише над 12 години), шнорхели, пояси, викове, скокове…. Не е сериозно. Детският външен басейн е леден и неизползваем. Вътрешния закрит басейн като че ли е хладен. Таблото с температура е сложено за красота. Храната е 50:50. Но не е за 5 звезди. Персоналът е добър и приятен. Ако хотела или басейните не са пълни, почивката е гарантирана.
Препоръка: силата ви е във спа и басейните. Грижете се за нивото там. И ограничете външни гости. Няма как с 12 външни шезлонги и 3 шатри да смесвате гости на хотела и външни.

Перфектно обслужване от целия персонал. Хотелът е невероятен. Храната е прекрасна и разнообразна. Стаята беше уютна и много чиста. Горещо препоръчвам !!!
