The All-Inclusive package starts from 8:00 to 22:00 and includes 4 meals per day, free drinks and Bulgarian alcohol throughout the whole day. In the package are also included umbrella and sunbeds on the beach. All imported alcohol is paid extra.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We had a very pleasant stay at Sunny Castle Hotel and, overall, we really enjoyed our 5 nights here. There are many things that make this hotel a great choice, but also a few areas where I believe the Management could make the experience even better.
What We Loved ❤️
The hotel is lovely and still feels modern and well maintained. Our room was spacious enough, very well equipped and had everything we needed, including a dressing area, table and chair, and a table with chairs on the balcony. The bathroom was particularly impressive — large, comfortable and very nicely designed.
We were also very lucky to have a direct sea-view room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for that! 🌊
The hotel is also extremely close to the sea, practically on the beachfront, which is a huge plus. The location is excellent if you want to spend most of your holiday by the sea.
The staff deserve a special mention. Everyone we interacted with was extremely young, polite, friendly and always trying to help with a smile. ❤️
However, I did notice something that concerns me: during our 6-day stay, we kept seeing the same staff members working every day. Some of them looked extremely tired, although they were still doing their best to smile and provide good service.
So, a message to Management: please consider having more staff and better shifts. Your employees are fantastic, but they should also have enough time to rest. Happy and rested employees can provide an even better experience for guests. 😊
And now, the food — absolutely fantastic! 🍽️
The food was varied, fresh and very tasty, and we were particularly impressed by the Chef. He actually came out of the kitchen regularly to check whether everything was OK and whether guests were happy with the food. I have honestly never seen a Chef do this so frequently in a hotel. 1000 points for the Chef! 👏
The rooftop/sky bar also has an amazing view over the sea and beach. It's a beautiful place to enjoy the scenery. The only downside is that in the evening it becomes more of a private-club environment, where drinks are paid separately. Still, the view is definitely worth mentioning.
What Could Be Improved 🛠️
The gym/fitness room was probably the weakest part of the hotel for us. It is very small and some of the equipment looks quite old. Since the hotel promotes itself as a spa and wellness hotel, I think the fitness area could definitely use an upgrade.
The TV selection could also be improved. We had only one or two Romanian TV channels, which felt quite limited, especially considering that a large percentage of the hotel's guests seem to be Romanian. A better selection of Romanian and international channels would be a nice improvement.
Having only one elevator for a hotel with several floors and many rooms can also be challenging, especially during busy periods. We sometimes had to wait quite a while.
The parking situation is another area that could be improved. The parking area is shared with the nearby Aquamarine Hotel, and during busy periods it can become quite difficult to find a convenient place.
Finally, the beach area could be better organised. The beach section is shared with guests from Aquamarine, and the number of available sunbeds and umbrellas feels quite limited. During our stay, it seemed to be around 100 places, which can fill up quickly.
For comparison, the nearby Casa di Fiore has a much larger beach area with hundreds of sunbeds and umbrellas. Perhaps Sunny Castle could consider expanding its beach area or increasing the number of available places in the future.
Overall ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My biggest recommendation to Management would simply be: invest a little more in your staff, gym, parking and beach capacity. You already have a very good hotel; improving these areas could make it an exceptional one.

The room was clean and large, he food was good.
The coktails were verry bad, mostly because they are using a verry bad juice to mix it with the alchool which is bulgarian, though, the bad ir chimical taste is comming from the juices. The beer was also not so good. Also to be taken in consideration that the sea in this location has no water stopping digs and therefore you might have red flags. In 5 days, we had 2 days with red flag.

Много ви хареса това, че хавлиите които обикновено оставят хората без реално да ползват шезлонг се премахват от персонала на хотела. Това трябва да го има във всеки хотел. Храната беше вкусна, може малко повече разнообразие от плодове. Персонала беше любезен и отзивчив. Като цяло ми хареса престоя и бихме посетили отново.
Може да се поработи върху въпроса със разтегателните дивани за децата не са много удобни и матраците са тънки. Според мен по добре е единично легло.
Всичко беше на ниво! Удобства, хигиена, разположение- много близо до морето.
Липсва вътрешен топъл басейн.
Препоръчително е да има, за да може да се ползва и през студените месеци.

Our bathtub was not properly installed and most of the water ended in the floor
Micul dejun este destul de variat si cu optiuni pentru copii mici. Hotelul este amplasat chiar pe plaja, ceea ce este minunat, mai ales pentru familii cu copii mici.
O imbunatatire ar putea fi adusa in zona de curatenie. Curatenia pe timpul sejurului inseamna doar aspirat, schimbat de prosoape si aranjarea patului.
Foarte aproape de mare, plaja curata, intrare in apa lină, potrivit si pentru cine nu știe sa înoate.
Piscina cu apa curată.
Curățenie si mâncare foarte bună
Serviciile de foarte buna calitate. Personalul foarte călduros si zambitori.
Am primit suportul lor si pentru alte probleme, ne-au ajutat sa găsim un atelier mecanic sa reparam mașina.
Si cireașa de pe tort, masajul este divin, va recomand cu încredere!
Lipseste un jacuzzi mai mare si mai profesional, ca spațiu este generos.
Hotel curat , bine mobilat , personal amabil , mâncare bună
Lipsa unui beach bar , nu mi-a plăcut ca trebuia sa vin de pe plaja pana la hotel pentru o bere sau o cafea
