L’hôtel aurait été bien avec un accueil différent.

J’ai réservé via Booking.
Je suis arrivé avec ma fille vers 17 heures.
Le monsieur, affairé en cuisine, m’a donné les clés d’une chambre avec un lit double.
Quand j’ai demandé 2 lits simples, il m’a indiqué que si je voulais deux lits séparés, il fallait que je prenne une chambre supplémentaire…
En relisant la réservation, j’ai vu que j’avais bien demandé deux lits simples.

Quand je lui ai montré ma réservation, il m’a spontanément donné la clé de la chambre voisine, prête, de même surface, avec deux lits simples.

Aucune excuse de sa part.
J’ai été surpris et c’est dommage.

Das ganze Objekt, insbesondere der Balkon, sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
