Good Property may suit long stay travellers
Pros:

Property is good and quite central to city. This is residences so expect limited amenities specially lobby, lounge and other typical 5 star amenities. Rooms are spacious and well maintained and clean. Food is also good and large spread.

Personally, did not suit my taste and expectations from a 5 star property. Family with long stay may find it good but for a single business traveller did not meet my taste as lobby etc was small and luxury was also muted. Since prices are at par with full luxury property so did not make sense to me.

Good experience from all angles
Pros:

Our experience was good...the hotel is well.located and well connected. The room was spacious and very well equipped with all amenities that one may need. Hygiene and cleanliness was well taken care of. The staff were very courteous and very helpful and made us feel very welcome at every step. Best wishes

The staff are incredible, nothing is too much trouble.

Huge suite, stunning views over nearby gardens.

Pros:

We had stayed 4 nights with family in Two bedroom apartment @Mariott Executive Apartment Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Apartment was spacious and clean, however in-room service was below expectation. We ordered in-room tea which was delivered in dirty thermal instead of requested teapot. Food taste and quality is below average. Hotel should focus on food quality , presentation and hygiene in terms of breakfast buffet & in-room dining. Reception staff was really helpful and customer friendly. Accomodation price is really high compared to the service provided. Overall experience was average/OK.
