Stay was great those the only two thing that I was not happy but the rest was great place was keep clean

Cons:

They only thing I have a problem with is you guys have a small refrigerator to put water and sodas but it was not working I did call front desk and they said it only to keep drink to normal temperature that’s don’t make a sense they other problem I found was the shower I never reported because I figured since the small refrigerator was not working so as not going to be fix but the rest was great

5 star rooftop pool experience
Pros:

The rooftop pool vibe was perfect. Great food, great drinks and great views. Carlos went above and beyond to give us great service. We ended up spending a lot more time up here than originally planned because it was so awesome.

Pros:

Had a good time at the hard rock and thanks to Nelson very attentive. Also thank the receptionists, bell hops, cleaning lady’s.

The hotel needs maintenance ASAP.
Pros:

The place is and location is very good and they have good restaurants with good food. The overall attention of the staff was good.

Cons:

The floors we were assigned to were under repair. There was smell of products they were using and we requested a room change. We were given a room which was worse than the one we had originally and solutions like spraying perfume in the room instead. We didn't like this at all. There were water leaks in the rooms we rented for our event and the control of the AC in the room was terrible.

Pros:

The staff are hands down amazing. They go that extra mile. I was even cold by the pool and the server brought me another towel to warm me up. I 1000% recommend.

Cons:

The hot water for me wasn't hot. It's warm and I dont know if it's that I am just used to hotels having supper hot water or not I dont know. Also some of the drivers took advantage of us and charged us double of what other honest driver charged.

Pros:

El buffet era bueno y variado, camas y almohadas cómodas, habitación en general aceptable

Cons:

La puerta de la regadera se atoraba muchísimo, el baño tenía poca presión de agua, la regadera salía por la de techo y la de teléfono aunque solo se seleccionada la de techo, al principio nos dejaron los botes de shampoo y el shower gel vacío pero después nos llevaron unos llenos.
