El personal encantador y servicial. Muy céntrico y en un barrio agradable .

La ubicación
El piso de la habitación está en mal estado. Hay tablas que se levantan al caminar. La ducha está tapada y el agua filtra hacia el resto del baño. Huele mal.
Lo peor fue que por un error, se me quedaron unas prendas en la cama. Bajo las sábanas. Al darme cuenta el mismo día que salí del hotel llamé para solicitar que me las guardaran. Quedaron de hablar con el personal de aseo de ese día. Y hoy me comunican por WhatsApp que la persona que hizo el aseo de la habitación botó mis cosas a la basura porque supuestamente no sabía que hacer con ellas. Sé que es de mi responsabilidad revisar bien mis pertenecías antes de salir, pero botar las cosas sin guardarlas al menos por unos días siento que es una falta de criterio o mala formación del personal. Considero que esto no debería ser así.
Solo el desayuno, bien servicio y atenta personal
por que esta lleno de humedad en todas sus paredes, el baño llenisimo de hongos por toda la ducha y baño general, muy mal
Bastante tranquilo, silencioso. La habitación grande y completa. Las camas individuales buenas, buenos colchones, la habitación en general es bastante acogedora.
El colchón de la cama de dos plazas tenía los resortes a la mano, era cosa de tocarlos tan solo pasando la palma de la mano suavemente por encima. Muy muy viejo, usado y Malo. Tuve que tomar melatonina para poder quedarme dormida ahi.
Era bastante céntrico para ir a cualquier lugar.
Faltaba cortina en la ducha.
El agua del lavamanos salía con mucha presión por lo que saltaba a todos lados.
Y faltaban mas enchufes visibles
El hotel está bien ubicado, las instalaciones son buenas y la habitación estaba limpia y ordenada.
Lo bueno es la ubicación muy céntrico y cerca del estadio nacional.
La instalación deja mucho que desear piezas sucias y paredes cochinas, mucho ruido en las noches (bares), desayuno muy pobre poca variedad , el precio es muy alto para lo que ofrecen.
