Foi nossa pior experiência com hotel em Ribeirão.
Pros:

Estacionamento terceirizado com ótimos funcionários e ótimo custo benefício.

Cons:

Quarto faltando shampoo e condicionador, com apenas um sabonete, informamos a falta do shampoo e condicionador e nos responderam que não tinha possibilidade de reposição no momento e não nos ofereceram nenhuma opção. Esquecemos nosso refrigerante no quarto, quando voltei para pegar, antes de fazer o check out, uma funcionária estava no quarto e o refrigerante estava aberto encima da bancada.

Atendimento, café da manha e localização

Cons:

Manutenção dos apartamentos deixa a desejar. Rede é muito boa para deixar falhas tão pequenas comprometer sua reputação.
