Culturalmente situado
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, además de la decoración y ambientación. La pieza era grande y cómoda y la amabilidad del staff es destacable.

No nos gustó, que dentro de la habitación el único tipo de calefacción que hay es una estufa chica, la cual no es suficiente para calentar toda la pieza, considerando el alto techo y el el tamaño, por lo que pasamos frío durante la noche y la mañana.
Por otro lado, tampoco nos gustó el largo tiempo de espera para que podamos ingresar al hotel, tuvimos que tocar muchas veces el timbre para ingresar y en otra ocasión tuvimos que esperar más de 15 min afuera y llamar por teléfono directamente. La amabilidad y disposición del staff es destacable, pero las gran cantidad de responsabilidades asignadas al bajo número de staff (algunas veces de una persona) ocasiona demoras para distintas tareas necesarias para la estadía de los huéspedes. (ej. abrir la reja, bajar maletas, entregar equipaje)

Un hotel lleno de arte y muy bien ubicado
Pros:

Un lugar tranquilo, lleno de arte, perfecto para caminar a los lugares de interés. El personel es muy amable. Tiene un estacionamiento seguro casi al lado del hotel.

La decoracion, estetica y comodidad de la habitación

Cons:

el desayuno era muy poquito y no tan buffet coomo se anunciaba
el estacionamiento, a pesar de ser cerrado, como santiaguinos igual nos dio susto que quedara a cuadras del hotel

Das Zimmer war ruhig, der Service des Personals äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend! Die Kommunikation im Voraus der Buchung war super. Alle unsere Fragen wurden beantwortet. Vielen Dank dafür! Das Frühstück war gut, sogar mit Früchten. Der Parkplatz ist abgeschlossen und sicher. Das Hotel liegt zentral und man kann von hier aus zu Fuß alles erreichen.

Quirky but I Really liked it.
Pros:

Quirky hotel with fantastic art and very helpful/friendly staff. Spacious room and very good simple breakfast.

Cons:

Needs a little love to tidy up bathrooms. It probably is an 8 out of ten but staff and art make it a 9.
