Dommage pour la réception
Pros:

La qualité de la literie, la propreté, la salle de sport, la piscine pour nous tout seul et le personnel le matin au petit déjeuner sympathique pour faire le reassort.

Cons:

L'accueil par la réceptionniste à l'arrivée, pas sympathique du tout, elle a bien vu que mon niveau d'anglais n'était pas top, je lui ai demandé de répéter doucement, presque elle soufflait et répéter encore plus vite bref une personne qui n'est pas faite pour ce métier mais dommage cela agace dès l'arrivée alors que le reste était top.

Hotel novo, confortável. Quarto amplo. Localizado muito perto de um Walmart.

Cons:

Os recepcionistas não se preocuparam se éramos turistas de fora. Falam o inglês muito rápido e não se preocuparam se eu estava entendendo tudo.

It was a terrible experience.
Pros:

Nothing went well. I booked through Booking.com and hotel charged much more. Treid to get help grom Booking.com to get a refund of the overcharge, but help fro them either.

Cons:

Nothing. I won't recommend this hotel to anybody.

The room was great! The location was amazing!

The location of the hotel was remarkable!! The views were spectacular and enjoyed the hikes and evening strolls.

The place was great! There really wasn’t anything
