Pros:

Lokalizacja jest największym atutem tego miejsca, wszystko w Old Quarter zwiedzicie pieszo. Obsługa jest zawsze uśmiechnięta i bardzo pomocna ❤️ Pokoje są czyste, a łóżko wygodne.

Pros:

Excelente localização em Hanoi. Você consegue fazer absolutamente tudo no Old Quarter e redondezas a pé. A equipe é muito atenciosa, a limpeza do quarto é otima, cana confortável e o café da manhã é uma delícia e muito saboroso. Fiquei aqui 2x em Hanoi e eu realmente recomendo essa acomodação.

Pros:

Unglaublich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir durften sogar unser schweres Gepäck während unseres Kurztrips nach Sapa im Hotel lassen. Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, weil wir immer davor aufgebrochen sind. Aber die Lage ist genial!

Location great, hotel great, breakfast great and staff brilliant!
Pros:

Bed and pillows were huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and hotel very clean, but more importantly were the helpful staff. Very polite and updated you with all the information required for the area, carried your luggage and helped with transport and tours. Very friendly.

-Pas d'eau chaude, même si ce n'est pas très grave , avec de l'eau froide à 23 ° 😉
-Bruits intenses des climatiseurs, placé juste derrière la porte fenêtre peu insonorisée
-Air co juste au dessus du lit, donc on le coupe pour ne pas avoir les effets négatifs de proximité, mais du coup ventilateur très sonore
-Qualité wifi moyenne
-Et ptit dej dans le hall d'entrée..

Good clean hotel
Pros:

Hotel staffs are friendly and willing to help. The bed is comfortable and room is clean. Air conditioner is cold with addition fans in room.Breakfast included chicken, beef pho or eggs and omelet options with fruits, soup and bread and butter and jam. Decent breakfast if you need to go tour or don't want to eat out. The hotel will keep your luggages while you are on excursion for a few days.
Hotel is within walking distance to to many restaurants and coffee shops, ATMs, Circle-K to purchase extra water and drinks.

Cons:

Hotel doesn't provide conditioner, lotion, or glasses to brush teeth. The main bathroom designed was not as modern as the smaller bedroom, without water protection the toilet so the toilet will get wet when you take a shower.

Pros:

The central location made it convenient for various eateries, getting to the beer street/night market etc. The hotel do provide daytrip services. I chose the Ninh Binh day package, the 20 seater bus picked me and dropped me at the hotel itself. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The room came with both aircon and a fan, much needed for the hanoi heat.

Cons:

Just be aware the ceiling might at most 1.8m from the floor. The room i stayed in didnt have any windows for natural lighting.

This hotel was very clean, with excellent service and comfortable amenities. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Was a great place to rest after completing the ha giang loop.
