Vidunderligt sted, kommer gerne tilbage. God stemning, virkeligt hyggeligt og helt fantastisk personale. Især Máo.
Pros:

Personalet var uovertrufne og meget hjælpsomme. Meget dejlig morgenmad.

Cons:

Bygningerne er generelt ret fugtige. Badeværelset havde badekar som eneste bad med bruser. Så der kommer vand udover hele rummet. Ingen afskærmning. Og ventilationen fungerede dårligt.
På billederne herinde er der en stor terasse. Den eksisterer dog ikke længere. Det var også ærgerligt.

It was clean and close to centre. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. Pleasant, friendly, went out of their way to make sure all your needs were meet and you had a pleasant stay. Solo female traveller.

Absolut empfehlenswert
Pros:

Absolut unkomplizierte und kostenlose Umbuchung. Ich habe im Anschluss eine zweitägige Wanderung gebucht und konnte mein Backpack im Hotel lassen und nach der Wanderung sogar noch im Hotel duschen. Obendrauf gab’s dann noch ein kleines Lunchpaket für den Bus. Absolut empfehlenswert.. hier passte einfach alles!

Great place to explore what Sapa has to offer.
Pros:

Great location in Sa Pa. Views are amazing overlooking the mountains. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They knew our names and tried to assist with anything we needed. The service is like at a 5-star hotel. They really made us feel welcomed.
Breakfast is very good with a wide selection. The rooms are clean and well taken cared of.
Will definitely stay there again.

This was one of the most enjoyable stays we’ve had at a hotel.
Pros:

We loved everything about this property!! The staff is SOOOOO friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond for my husband and I several times. The room was perfect, AC was cold, water was hot and the view was spectacular. Also the hotel is within walking distance to numerous restaurants and cafes. 10/10 recommend.

Great staff, the breakfast isn’t
Pros:

Very nice staff, helps us with traveling in the area.
The hotel is a bit old, but fit our purposes. We had a great time with our two little kids.

Pros:

المكان وتعامل الموضفين. كانت الموضفة التي في الاستقبال اعتقد اسمها نوا . تتقبل كل شي مننا وتتفهم. وتحاول مساعدتنا باي طريقة. واكرر شكري لها على امانتها لقد نسيت ساعتي وحاولت بجهد إعادتها الينا. لها كل الشكر والتقدير الفندق جميل مكانه على الجبل.

Fantastic view from the rooms in the hotel (balconies), a superb and helpful staff - wow! , nice rooms but needed an update.

Excellent.
Pros:

Very clean property. Friendly and helpful staff - they really could not do enough to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Spectacular views of the rice terraces. Breakfast was good with some vegetarian options. Laundry service was quick and reasonably priced. Overall, I’d come back in a heartbeat!
