A beautiful hotel. The room was large, well proportioned and very comfortable set in a lovely garden area.
The village is very remote and only the hotel facilities and one restaurant /bar which was limited in serving times and difficult to get a table.
Great location. Lovely old building, well looked after and decorated. The room was clean and had a good sized shower room.
The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us sightseeing ideas in the local area. The food was good quality and locally sourced.

The hotel was set in a beautiful location, and the gardens and rooms were perfect. The dinner, breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious - one of the best meals we’ve had this year!

Bed was rock hard in the Rooster suite and was extremely uncomfortable this was for the night of our wedding and we struggled to sleep

The enchanting setting, the lovely room with every comfort provided, the delightful staff, but most of all the delicious food. The latter was clearly sourced locally & the cooking was technically excellent. Breakfast was cooked to order, which was another bonus.

Uten aircondition så ble det veldig varmt på rommet. Den lokale pub’n var stengt for ferien. Og der var ikke noe annet rundt hotellet.

Room was too hot and windows couldn’t open wide. And on one side next to the kitchen. And the vegy food could be better.
