Had a king room it was very clean and the shower was great.
The location was okay.
The shower wasn’t very clean and the sheets also didn’t feel great. Also, checkout was at 11am and the person cleaning the rooms knocked insistently at 9.28 which I found rude.
The room is very clean. Our pet peeves with hotels is that sometimes there is a greasy hair smell on the pillows and that sometimes we feel creepy crawly sensations in the beds. At this hotel, we did not experience any of that. The room was impeciably clean. The bed was clean and the pillows smelled fresh.
Please provide more cleaning supplies for the kitchenette like a fresh sponge or dish rag and towel and some paper towels so we can dry dishes and keep the area clean instead of us having to use wash rags.

The room was clean and comfortable, best pillows of a 21 night holiday, staying at 12 different hotels.
Overall a good place to stay, justv3vissues 2 of which were important, the other just feedback.
On check in was told my Visa Travel Card would not be accepted here due to hotel policy. So had to use my Australian Credit Card. The check in staff member would not even try it. Explained thar it worked at 11 other hotels to date. No it is policy.
So had to use my credit card to hold thennon check out I could pay by Visa Travel Card. On checknout, the person told me I could have used it.
The other issue was breakfast. While it was a beautiful area to eat, it is not practical for the number of guests. We had time to wait for a table on the couch with a coffee, about 10 - 15 minutes, others did not, they left. Then when we had the food the omlette was cold and like rubber and the bacon cold and rock hard - not crispy but chewy. Saw lots of waste from others with the hot food. The pastries seemed to be a hit with everyone though. I went to get some fruit and the fruit bowls were empty. In the 25 - 30 minutes we were down there I did not see 1 staff member checking food quantities, or wiping down tables etc.
Lastly the bathroom door, looked amazing but not practical as it was very heavy and noisy, waking up my partner when I used the bathroom through the night
Everything was clean, our room was spacious and quiet. The shower was big and good pressure!

Ontbijt was niet top maar prima. Voor 4 sterren hotel zou je meer verwachten. Kartonnen borden en houten bestek bij ontbijt. .

Das Personal schien eher desinteressiert und lies sich jede Information rund um den Aufenthalt aus der Nase ziehen. Einen Grossteil der Informationen holte ich mir am Ende aus dem Internet.
