Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, mooi hotel, rustige kamers en fantastische bedden.

Cons:

Het ontbijtbuffet was elke dag hetzelfde, mocht wat meer variatie in. Wel lekker en hygiënisch.

Location was very close to Central Station, many restaurants and cafes (many many options), shopping and waterway, and Tivoli. Super easy check-in and check-out (you can do it via your phone, at the kiosk, or front desk). The room was spacious and very clean with storage (good for myself and my partner for 4 days). Anything you need, you can ask the front desk. The neighborhood itself is a bit younger/trendy which was still okay for us in our 40s but would probably be fantastic in my twenties/early thirties because of nightlife options.

Fór einu sinni ímorgunmat og hann var mjög fínn, mikið úrval af heitum réttum og einnig gott úrval af ávöxtum.

Cons:

Sjónvarpið í mínu herbergi 1030 var ekki nógu gott. Það var alltaf að slökkva í sér. Við kvörtuðum ekki.

Et hyggelig hotell å bo på, litt utenfor det mest trafikkerte, men allikevel sentralt.

Personalet i resepsjonen var over gjennomsnittet blide og hyggelige.
God frokost som ville dekke de flestes behov.

Cons:

Kunne vært en smule større rom, men badet var det derimot en helt perfekt størrelse på.
