Todo mal
Pros:

Muy mal el servicio, no contestaron y en el servicio estaba considerado el traslado del aeropuerto, pero no cumplieron ni dieron soluciones. Evítense un mal rato reservando en este hotel.

Tivemos esses desconfortos e acho que não fico mais no Íbis

Atendimento da equipe muito bom, atenciosos. Quarto num tamanho bom. Cama boa. Bem localizado

Cons:

Chegamos e o banheiro estava com cabelos no box, como não tinha mais pessoa da limpeza, tivemos que limpar , nós mesmos. As toalhas tinham buracos de tão usadas. O íbis não coloca mais lençol para cobrir. Só tem uma manta e quem tem alergia , tem que dormir assim mesmo
