It was clean and a perfect location
The TV control did not work. The Ac was not adjusted to heat and it smell like cigarettes even if it was non smoking.

El servicio y asesoramiento impecable
O hotel é maravilhoso. A arquitetura é linda, quartos confortáveis, colchão e travesseiros incríveis, e silêncio absoluto. O café da manhã é bem gostoso e os funcionários são muito gentis. Gostei de tudo.
O ar condicionado deve ter um duto antigo e, pra quem tem sensibilidade a cheiros, como é meu caso, é possível ainda sentir cheiro de cigarro. Deve ser antigo e uma troca do filtro resolveria. O hotel é incrivelmente cheiroso, mas ainda permanece esse cigarro velho no duto no quarto.

While the hotel itself looks nice, the customer service and the behavior of the reception staff were an absolute nightmare.
Upon arrival with my son, we were given a tiny room with one double bed, despite having booked and paid for a Superior Room with twin beds. When I called the front desk, the receptionist repeatedly and rudely insisted that I was mistaken.
Only after my third complaint did he tell us to come back down with our heavy luggage in the scorching heat. Instead of a simple "sorry", the staff resorted to petty hostility. They suddenly demanded our IDs for "verification" as a form of harassment. When I pointed out the chaos, the receptionist aggressively asked if I was "threatening" him. To make matters worse, the staff then started talking to each other in Catalan right in front of us in a mocking tone, completely ignoring my requests to speak a language the customer understands.
The final straw was when we were waiting for the new room keys. The receptionist claimed he had already handed them to me (he had only returned our passports). When I corrected him, he made a mocking, passive-aggressive comment: "Fine, I will give you two more keys if you don't know where you hid them."
Arrogant, incompetent staff who trick you with room categories and then attack you when caught. Avoid this hotel at all costs – save your money and your sanity!
