Was treated politely and appropriately in the morning when we showed up, 8:30 am. We were told we could leave our luggage and the room would be ready after 2:00 pm. This was not the case in the late afternoon and evening, 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
We paid for a room months in advance. When we checked in to get our keys someone else was using the room. So we had no room. We waited until 9:00 pm for a room. There was none at that time. We talked to the manager by phone. She offered us a full refund and we had to leave. We were frustrated. The desk clerk was not sympathetic. He was very argumentative and at times swearing at us in Spanish. His swearing influenced our decision to leave. On the whole, it started out fine in the morning, but was a horrible experience for us in the late afternoon and evening. We left the hotel and took a taxi to the airport.

L'hôtel est bien situé, proche des transports en commun et commerces.
The toilet's sink was running water and was annoying listening to it.
Camera foarte spatioasa (camera tripla), baie enorma cu articole de toaleta, personal amabil, cafea si ceai gratuite. Recomand.

La télévision n’était pas connectée, de plus il n’y a pas de volets ni de rideaux occultants. Le déjeuner est bof et l’emplacement pas top
Personnel très aimable
Vriendelijk personeel, mooi authentiek hotel en voor ons de perfecte ligging. Dichtbij het Olympisch stadion waar we een concert hadden en ook de metro naar hartje Barcelona ligt dichtbij en je hoeft maar een paar haltes te reizen. Laatste dag gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijtbuffet wat zeer uitgebreid was en ontbijtmogelijkheden tot 11 uur.
