Überraschend schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Sehr sauber. Verkehr gut hörbar.
Pros:

Die Wohnung war sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, Bad top, Sauberkeit top, Küchenausstattung top, Klimaanlage top. Schränke genug Platz. Lage, wenige Minuten zu Restaurants, gute 10 Minuten bis zur Uferpromenade. 500 m Entfernung zu Lidl. Bei Bedarf bzw. Fragen, war Mitarbeiter sehr schnell verfügbar und hat geholfen.

Cons:

Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln gäbe, dann dass die Wohnung an der Haupteingangsstraße zu Arona ist. Geschwindigkeit auf 30 Km/h reduziert. aber doch deutlich hörbar.

Lage in der Nähe vom See und Bahnhof. Sehr nette Gastgeber.

Cons:

Direkt an einer Hauptstraße gelegen. Viel Lärm auf dem Balkon. Die Ausstattung war sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Abgenutzt Möbel und sehr weiche Matratze

Szállás közel a Maggiore-tóhoz
Pros:

2 apartmant béreltünk amik normálisak, tiszták voltak. Parkolás a zárt udvaron biztonságos.
Az apartmanok jól feszereltek mindennel. A bérbeadóval a kommunikáció rugalmas volt, segítőkészek!

Cons:

Kérem az ágy matracokra költsenek, mert az sokat számít egy fárasztó nap után, puha volt, az ágyak pedig nyikorogtak. Segítő szándékkal írom, tudva hogy még hamarosan menni fogunk újra!
A pályaudvar felöl szobácskában zavaró a reggel 6 óra utáni bemondó, szignál hangja!

Wir hatten einige schöne Tage in Arona mit Fahrrad-Ausflügen in die Umgebung. Ich würde die Wohnung wieder einmal buchen
Pros:

Gut ausgestattete Küche, privat Parkplatz mit Platz für Fahrräder, relativ nahe an Zentrum und Lidl, für längeren Aufenthalt geeignet

Cons:

Im Februar eher kühl und dunkel (Parterre-Wohnung), was aber sicher ein Vorteil im Sommer ist. Matratze unbequem.

Sehr sauber und geräumig, gut ausgestattet mit allem,was man braucht, Parkplatz im abgesperrten Hof vorhanden, unkomplizierter Checkin, Doppelbett sehr komfortabel, zwei Badezimmer

Very very nice and welcoming place , I would come back once I’m in Arona
Pros:

The apartment was clean, fully equipped and quiet, nice and large bad, spaced bathroom.
WiFi was good.there is parking out side and also place where you can make barbecue .
Liked it!

Cons:

Besides the apartment and the tables outside with which I could spent some time in the sun,there is a very nice fitness area with weights and machines in good condition.even towels are provided there.
Very very nice .
The staff was kind and helped me whenever I needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the apartment was excellent.
Pros:

We loved staying at Faber apartments, loads of space and comfort, we had more than enough room for a very comfortable stay with everything we needed, we enjoyed the use of the games area too and staff were very friendly. We will be booking to come again.

Cons:

Next time, we will try and get one of the apartments with the balcony.
